Royals spotted wearing Regatta and Stormtech at the London Marathon

ild Thang has partnered with Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce to offer


apprenticeships to around 10 young people.


And now one of the companyʼs very own employees features on the chamber of commerceʼs website as an example of an apprenticeship success story.


Stacey Seary joined Wild Thang as an apprentice 10 years ago and has risen through the ranks to become a senior sales supervisor.


Andrew Dwerryhouse, managing director, said: “We are all really proud of Stacey being featured as a star apprentice success story.


“Stacey came into the business 10 years ago as an apprentice with little experience and has now progressed step by step to become a senior sales supervisor, branded merchandise expert and a genuine asset to Wild Thangʼs senior team. “We have a genuine sense of pride as a company having seen a number of apprentices positively develop over those years learning as they earned. Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, was spotted wearing Regatta's Print Perfect Softshell, while Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, was seen wearing Stormtech's XSJ-1 Cruise Softshell.


Both jackets were branded with the Heads Together logo, the mental health charity that Kate,


along with Princes William and Harry were supporting for the London Marathon.


The initiative aims to encourage the country to talk more about its problems and mental health issues, or be a sympathetic ear for those in need.


The royals kicked off proceedings as the official race starters and stayed for the duration of the race. Organisers said a total of 40,382 athletes ran the 26.2 mile route across the capital.

The company currently supplies its products to Asda and M&S, and now with the addition of John Lewis managing director John Baines says this gives K.T. Labels great credibility. He added: "We now supply some of the top companies in the UK. As a small company this gives us fantastic credibility. This deal gives assurance to the smaller companies that we supply that they are stocking products that the big guys want as well."


John Lewis will supply all of K.T. Labels products including the company's newest addition – labels that stick directly onto garments.


These labels are printed using one of K.T. Labels' name tape printers and can be stuck straight on to the wash care label. They have been stringently tested and do not wash off.
