Focus on Screen Printing MHM DIRECT GB Two gas dryers from Tesoma T
he Mini and the Drylight are two of Tesomaʼs gas dryers that are supplied by MHM Direct GB in
the UK.
The Mini is the most space effective model among Tesomaʼs conveyor belt dryers. Due to its versatility and moveability it finds its place almost everywhere and you can achieve optimal results through fast and gentle drying. The applications of this dryer are various but it is ideal for manual operated screen printing machines. It is very agile due to its wheels, you can easily move it around in your factory. To ensure the perfect performance and to save energy costs Tesoma has put a lot of effort in properly insulating the dryer. It is always cool to the touch, but properly heated inside the chamber. The well-arranged display
offers easy operating. You can directly adjust belt speed as well as the temperature. The speed meter shows the dwell time in minutes, which means no testing which set up you need to achieve a certain time in the heating chamber. If you set the Mini to one minute dwell time inside the heating
chamber, it will definitely stay one minute inside. This and the fact that it is shipped to the customer ready-to- use make it easy and comfortable to work with it. Finally, the maintenance aspect. To clean the dryer you can open the hood to clean the inside to the heating chamber. The hood itself opens easy and smooth as it is supported by a spring mechanism. The removable filter gives the opportunity to remove fibres and dust of the production process to ensure a proper air flow and performance of the machine.
Drylight Mini
The Drylight is the big brother of the Mini, designed for mass production of the most kinds. It is a modular construction, so a dryer can be built to suit the specific needs of the customer. Constructed for use with big screen printing machines, this machine can handle every ink system.

dry-clean resistant. ●Enhanced screen stability, and unparalleled adhesion to the

up with water. ●Permaset Aqua Process Colours and the Permatone range have been granted the approval of the Soil Association of
the UK. ●Permaset offers a Permatone ink range which is a colour management set designed for colour matching. The system can produce facsimiles of 950 PMS colours. This range has been granted approval
by the Soil Association in the UK, and is excellent for printing baby clothes, underwear, swimwear and T shirts. This 100% solvent free range is environmentally friendly. The pigments provide intense, vibrant colour, rich in coverage and deliver exceptional colour yield. The unique polymer binding the pigment to the fabric delivers exceptionally soft handle and yet shows excellent resistance to damage by rub, wash and dry-cleaning, all without the need for additives. The ink colours have light-fastness ratings of at least 6/8 on the Blue Wool scale – in fact most of the colours received ratings of 8/8. These inks are distributed in the UK by Steve Wood
Services.
