P&P LIVE! 2017 preview MADEIRA


Madeiraʼs thread range has led the market for almost 100 years and over the past 12 months, true to its philosophy of continual improvement, the company has made a number of changes. Key products have been added to its backings and accessories range and its website and shop have been updated and are now packed with a wealth of information to assist customers. Technical help for embroidery has also been increased through Madeiraʼs training courses. As always Madeiraʼs executives are looking forward to seeing customers and meeting new people. MERLIN TRANSFERS


On stand you will be able to view Merlin Transferʼs wide range of dye sublimation ready blanks for you to create superior picture gifts for your personalisation business. This includes the most popular phone cases and covers, as well as slate products that are coated with a high quality gloss finish and ceramic mugs. Merlin Transfers is also an authorised distributor of Sawgrass dye sublimation ink, compatible with the Virtuoso A4 and A3 sublimation printers.


Merlin also has a wide range of coloured Merlin flex which include its standard matt finish, glitter, glow in the dark and nylon flex. PERMASET INKS Permaset Aqua textile screen printing inks are water-based and 100% solvent free, making them the number one choice for the eco-conscious fabric printer. They are the long established number one textile ink in Australia.


The Permatone and process ink ranges of Permaset Inks are Soil Association approved [GOTS].


Permaset will also be showing Permaprint Premium, a versatile water based ink system for graphics printing. David Stuart, the owner of Colormaker, who make the Permaset inks, will be coming over especially from Australia to be on stand, and meet existing and potential customers. Sander Bouman of Atlantic Empire, the European distributor of Colormaker inks will also be on the stand. PYRAMID At P&P LIVE! this year will be Pyramidʼs excellent range of manual bench model carousels and print tables. These range from the popular print at home start-up kits, one colour fixed table-top presses to the trendy, take anywhere one colour press that allows you to print basically anywhere. Following on from these, Pyramid then has the four-colour bench top model. This range has been developed with quality, performance and cost in mind, so, if youʼre looking for a great press with a cheap price tag then these are the presses for you. Pyramidʼs top of the range bench top carousel, the Workhorse is making its P&P LIVE! debut. This is quality at its best. RESOLUTE DTG


The big brother to the R-Jet5, the R-Jet6 will make its debut at P&P LIVE! 2017.


The Resolute R6 gets its break neck production speeds by using 12 channels of industrial piezo print heads, coupled with its three axis flatbed design allows for true multi-function printing. With a DTG print area of 700x500mm it offers the single largest print area for in-line production DTG printing currently available at these speeds. See this DTG printer in action on stand B20.


SANCO TECHNOLOGY & AEOON Exhibiting for the first time at P&P LIVE!, Sanco Technology & Aeoon will be bringing the new Aeoon Compact Series. This new machine is smaller and elegant, than the well-known Aeoon Kyo Series, yet equally durable. It is therefore perfect for businesses with limited space availability. The Aeoon Compact Series can reach printing speeds of up to 950 T shirts per hour.
