The professional transfer system enables printers to produce their own production transfers profitably. The new soft feel powder by DST enables full photographic transfers to be produced using just one screen quickly and cost effectively. 200 A4 transfers or 1,600 A7 transfers can be produced within one hour from receipt of artwork to completion.
The transfers can be applied from 115⁰C for 12 seconds onto products ranging from sportswear to bags, diaries to jackets, application onto fabrics from nylon to polyester, cotton to non-woven.

EXILE TECHNOLOGIES EXILE Technologies will be focusing on its computer to screen imaging technologies by showcasing the FREEStyler and SPYDER II direct to screen systems. P&P LIVE! 2016 marked the official launch of the FREEStyler and EXILE is excited to announce that the FREEStyler now has a new DTG printing option to allow direct CMYK printing on light coloured T shirts. In addition EXILE will also be launching a new MHM compatible pin registration upgrade option for the FREEStyler to ensure near perfect registration from an imaged screen to an MHM press.

EXILE will also be exhibiting the all new EXPOSE DTS Screen Exposure system to complement the FREEStyler. This unit doubles as a stand for the FREEStyler as well as incorporating a compact LED UV Exposure system in an under-counter 'grill-pan' design. In addition EXILE will also be showing the TECHSETTER 2 Thermal film Imagesetter for Flexo, PAD and high end screen printing applications that require high quality film positives or negatives.
