Focus on Screen Printing
H.G. Kippax & Sons Celebrating 60 years in 2019
H.G. Kippax was established in July 1959 and now celebrates its third generation of family ownership, continuing to drive the company forward firmly within the bounds of a longstanding
company ethos of: ● Uncompromising quality. ● Uncompromising knowledgeable support. ● Uncompromising customer dedication.
All Kippax screen printing equipment is manufactured in the UK. Almost 60 years of production and service experience means H.G. Kippax is considered to be the longest standing producer of screen printing machines both nationally and internationally. With a reputation for quality and solidity Kippax makes machines for a wide range of sectors, priding itself on understanding both the markets and its customersʼ needs. H.G. Kippaxʼs standard ranges of manual, semi/three-quarter automatic screen printing machines and ancillary equipment are supplemented by an affordable, comprehensive, bespoke machine design service. Design challenges are rarely insurmountable and can often be achieved as economically as a standard piece of equipment. H.G. Kippax offers quality design, production, support and service from a simple manual hand table through to a large format 3/4 automatic print line.

Manufacturing over 50 types of specialist print equipment and ancillaries for clients in 40 countries allows H.G. Kippax to offer increased scope and potential for each piece of machinery. With highly skilled engineers and flexible management practices the team is able to adapt each machine to suit each customerʼs specific requirements; together with full product training for those involved in the operation and maintenance of the equipment. H.G. Kippaxʼs comprehensive product range is designed to meet every market need, and extends from basic bench top hinge assemblies, primarily for the educational market, to a fully automatic line.
Headed by a vertical lift semi-automatic unit measuring over 6000mm x 3300mm, the Kippax XL range lives up to its name in every sense. A wide range of options on hand tables includes units with squeegee print pressure control; horizontal screen lift with motorised squeegee drive; auto screen peel off and a 3D model for printing objects to 500mm deep.
With a policy of flexibility and accepting the challenge to create, H.G. Kippax is always willing to bespoke build machinery to customersʼ specific requirements. All H.G. Kippaxʼs automated printing machines are HMI controlled and the Kippax range can be manufactured to any size up to a maximum of 6000x3300mm.

MHM Austria builds machines, which not only meet the demands of todayʼs printers, but set new standards in the screen printing industry.
MHM Direct GB has been the UKʼs leading supplier of
automatic textile screen printing
equipment for over two decades, having recently been presented with MHM Austriaʼs Agent of the Year award 2018. Its line-up of equipment features some of the most innovative and technically advanced machinery available, built to provide years of trouble free service and performance second to none. The companyʼs latest machinery pays significant attention to environmental issues with both the X-Type and S-Type machines running from just a single phase electricity supply and a very low compressed air requirement, protecting you from the additional costs and noise associated with large compressors, not to mention the improvement in your working environment – and your profitability!

MHM Direct GB has recently increased its service staff with the addition of a further full-time service technician exclusively for the UK and Eire markets. Rich Potter has completed his intensive training on all MHM machinery. This training is one of the most rigorous in the
industry and is conducted on a one-on-one basis at the MHM technical training facility within its modern Austrian headquarters. Rich will be fully mobile with immediate effect, enhancing both MHMʼs service capability and response times. Reducing downtime while maintaining correct servicing and preventative maintenance procedures in order to optimise production with existing machinery (irrespective of age) is a major consideration in todayʼs economic climate, and to this end MHM has focused its efforts and investment on providing customers with the highest quality service standards, spare parts availability and rapid on-site technical support.
