Focus on DTF Printing Nova Chrome UK
A fully integrated system for in-house DTF transfer production
Founded in 2003, the Greek manufacturer brings its extensive DTG expertise to the DTF market with an end-to-end solution designed for reliable, effi cient production. The FilmJet Mini30 incorporates a range of features that simplify operation and maintenance, including advanced white ink management, automated wet capping and an anti-crash carriage system.
Thanks to its innovative vertical oven design, the FilmJet Mini30 offers a compact footprint while shipping as standard with dual Epson i1600 print heads. This provides an affordable entry point for businesses looking to bring DTF production in-house while keeping costs under control. For customers requiring higher output, the system can be upgraded to dual i3200 print heads either at purchase or at a later stage. PolyPrint’s range of consumables further enhances performance and consistency, delivering excellent results run after run. The portfolio includes Oeko-Tex certifi ed inks, Anytime Peel fi lm and FilmJet hot-melt adhesive powder.

From order to output, seamlessly Secabo has opened the public beta phase of Opus, a cloud-based production suite for textile fi nishers. The software offers a complete workfl ow for DTF and digital print production. It covers the entire process from order capture to print-ready output within a single system.
A key focus is accelerating the creation of gang sheets. Users can upload graphics, text or number ranges, while Opus automatically nests all elements onto the most suitable sheet. According to Secabo, layouts that often require considerable manual work can be generated within seconds. Additionally, Opus adds cut and perforation contours.
Secabo Opus software
The integrated editor supports CSV imports and AI-assisted job preparation. Customer emails or PDF orders can be imported directly. The software extracts designs, quantities and sizes to create a draft order for review. Opus generates print-ready PDF fi les with standard spot colours for use with existing cutters, RIP software and production workfl ows. Alternatively, fi nished sheets can be ordered through a print partner.
While dedicated layout functions currently focus on DTF and digital print, Opus already supports order tracking for sublimation, screen printing, fl ex and fl ock, embroidery and UV print.

For businesses looking to enter the market DTF printing has opened up garment decoration to a wider range of print businesses, offering a relatively straightforward way to produce vibrant, durable graphics across a broad range of textiles.
For businesses looking to enter the market or increase production capacity, Mimaki’s DTF technology – supplied and supported by Soyang Europe – offers a range of options. The Mimaki TxF Series has an 800mm print width and delivers speeds of up to 10m sq/hr, while the production-focused TxF300-1600 offers a 1610mm print width and speeds of up to 12.5m sq/hr. Both machines are Oeko-Tex certifi ed and supported by two-year warranties.
DTF enables applications ranging from personalised T shirts and sportswear to workwear, promotional apparel and accessories. As DTF continues to grow, attention is also turning to the consumables behind the process, particularly the single-use plastic associated with conventional PET transfer fi lm.
Soyang DTF Paper
That’s why the company has developed Soyang DTF Paper: a paper-based alternative designed to reduce plastic waste without fundamentally changing established DTF workfl ows. The release-coated, anti-static paper features hot-peel release and can be recycled through standard paper waste streams after use. It is designed for digital inkjet DTF printers using water-based pigment inks and is also Oeko-Tex certifi ed.
