Mimaki launches new high-speed DTF printer M
imaki has launched the TxF330-800, a new direct to film (DTF) printer
designed to provide stable, high-quality garment decoration in demanding production environments.
The new system delivers 1.5x the production speed of the previous TxF300-75 model and features an expanded 16-cartridge ink system, including up to eight white ink slots providing up to 4L of capacity. Mimaki’s UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) also allows cartridges to be replaced without stopping production. The TxF330-800 incorporates Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT), designed to improve film transport and reduce the risk of misalignment during high-speed, long-duration printing. Rotary wipers and MCT2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) have also been introduced

to support easier maintenance and help prevent ink blockages.
The printer’s expanded colour gamut includes Sky Blue and Pale Pink inks, supporting more vibrant output, smoother gradients and accurate colour reproduction. The inks are Eco Passport-certified and packaged in an eco-cartridge. Arjen Evertse, director of sales at Mimaki Europe, said: “Performance

oland DG has expanded its industrial direct to object (DTO) printing portfolio with the launch of the VersaObject IO-300 and VersaObject RC-300 Series. The two new UV printing solutions are designed to support manufacturers, decorators, print service providers and packaging producers with high-mix, short-run production, mass customisation and product decoration. The VersaObject IO-300 is an industrial UV flatbed printer aimed at applications including industrial parts,
product decoration and customised goods. It supports rigid and flexible substrates and features a 770x515mm print area, with production speeds of up to 3.5m sq/hr in standard CMYK mode. Meanwhile, the VersaObject RC-300 Series is a helical printer designed for cylindrical objects including bottles, tumblers, drinkware, cans and promotional products. Available as the RC-300 and RC-300c, the systems can print on materials including glass, PET, aluminium, steel and rigid plastics. Kevin Shigenoya, executive officer,

The system uses water-based latex inks, with orange, red and high-density White expanding its colour capabilities. The AG-640 is designed for applications including vehicle graphics, wallcoverings, banners, posters, stickers and labels, while its instant-dry latex inks enable immediate finishing without outgassing.

“This new printer answers direct market demands for robust, high-speed DTF technology, and it further demonstrates our commitment to customer-focused innovation in this market.” Alongside the TxF330-800, Mimaki has introduced the JFX220-2515 large- format UV flatbed and UJF200 Series small-format UV flatbeds.
The JFX220-2515 features a 2.5x1.5m printable area, automatic media positioning and production speeds of up to 42m sq/hr. The UJF200 Series, comprising the UJF200-3042 and UJF200-6042, is designed for industrial printing and can print directly onto objects up to 250mm high and weighing up to 20kg. Optional camera systems can automatically detect media position and align print images. All three new systems will be on display at The Print Show.
