Digital die cutter technology Soyang Europe, the leading manufacturer and distributor of digitally printable wide-format and superwide-format media and surface coverings, and – through its acquisition of Josero – a supplier of leading edge wide and superwide-format print production hardware, are delighted to announce that they have been appointed as approved resellers of the VeloBlade range of digital die cutters from leading print fi nishing manufacturer Vivid Laminating Technologies.
Soyang Europe and Josero will offer customers access to the entire VeloBlade collection but will primarily focus on the highly popular Nexus range which includes the VeloBlade Nexus 2516, a wide- format digital die cutter with a bed size of 2,500mm x 1,600mm. User-friendly features on the machine include an automatic cut depth setting, while when combined with a CNC router, the system enables users to work with stocks up to 25mm thick including materials such as Dibond, MDF and acrylic.

Brother has worked closely with major producers to create a machine that meets the high standards of mass production. To keep the ink in a print ready state, the GTX600 has ink recirculation in four key areas. Brother has developed 16 ink channels jetting from staggered, industrial print heads with internal cooling fans, for continuous print operation. Also, the ink is constantly fi ltered and degassed to guarantee you the best possible print quality up to 1200dpi. The built-in humidifi er ensures that the machine has always perfect working conditions, even in diffi cult environments and big production halls.
The GTX600 can be used with different platens for endless creative possibilities, the platens can be changed quickly to save important time and their height is auto selectable which makes them adapted for any material that can possibly be printed on. With the GTX600 Brother has developed its technologies further, the printing speed has been increased and also the industrial maintenance station got upgraded to enable continuous and fast print operations. The auto cleaning frequency is much less than any printer before, which increases the real print productivity drastically. With the wet capping and inside ink print head circulating technology, ink waste gets reduced, also for the GTX600 the inks are available in 9Land new 18L tanks, to help reduce packaging waste. Brother’s Innobella textile inks are water-based, GOTS-approved and Oeko-Tex Passport certifi ed and therefore eco-friendly. Furthermore, the GTX600 has a built-in mist fi lter, which ensures a secure working environment for the operator.
