Focus on Digital Printing Xpres DTF Solutions

Developments in Direct To Film (DTF) technology have been fast moving over the last two years and Xpres has been working hard to bring to market safe and stable DTF solutions that combine unrivalled reliability and print quality.

The Xpres DTF Q0-T Printer is the fi rst commercial high-volume DTF transfer system in a true desktop format. The easy-to-use real production DTF transfer printing generates 16” x 20” transfer sheets in minutes with outstanding colour. A large 40 x 50cm printable area comes with a unique time saving vacuum platen.

DTF Q0-T Printer

Taking the print on demand market by storm. The revolutionary Xpres DTF Q1-T Roll to Roll Printer has a whopping output speed that is up to fi ve times faster than most comparable garment decoration processes. This all-in-one roll to roll option features a super compact design and production speeds that are ideal for medium to high volumes. The built in HEPA fi lter means there is no need for extraction and the Q1-T fi ts through a standard door frame (before installation). The Mimaki TXF150-75 DTF Printer is packed with Mimaki’s technology, bringing you reliability and stability to a

growing sector of the market. Poor ink ejection and white ink clogging, which have been major

issues in the market, have been improved by the built-in

circulation function and degassed ink (aluminium pack) design in this printer. Continuous output is ensured thanks to the nozzle recovery feature which permutes a clogged nozzle with another working nozzle.

This DTF solution has a print width of up to 800mm for increased

effi ciency and, when coupled with the new Adkins In-Line 800 DTF powder shaker cure unit, customers can experience a full DTF solution powered by two of the decoration market’s most reliable and long-standing brands. You can also enjoy the well-established support system from Mimaki. The inks are also genuine Mimaki products, can be used with peace of mind and are ECO PASSPORT certifi ed. This is mandatory for obtaining OEKO-TEX, meaning the ink does not contain harmful ingredients in consideration of the environment.
