The affordable solution offers low startup costs, a compact desktop form factor and the fl exibility to produce one off and short run DTF transfers - perfect for smaller retailers
who want to avoid the additional costs, minimum order quantities and turn- around times of outsourced production.
Capable of printing roll or sheet fed media up to 30cm width, this compact system also offers in-built white recirculation.
The Elite DTF system will be available later this year, and will launch with a range of accessories. These include inks (initially in 500ml bottles), Hot Melt Powder (foil sealed 1kg bags) and cold peel fi lms in sheet and roll forms.

The fi rst M&R Polaris has offi cially landed in the UK and has recently been installed by Jordan, Screen Print Worlds service tech alongside specially trained M&R techs all the way from the states. The fi rst of many to be installed in the UK, As 2 are also being installed shortly in the south- west of England.
M&R developed the POLARIS by merging the durability of the STRYKER Automatic Oval Screen Printing Press with the proven print engines of the DS 4000™ Digital Squeegee Hybrid Printing System. Working in concert with an onboard pretreater, heat presses and fl ashes, the Polaris is greater than the sum of its parts. By combining successful screenprinting traits with our advancements in digital ink delivery, M&R has removed past limitations of digital artwork reproduction without sacrifi cing cost nor quality.
The compact, onboard pretreatment station comes standard on every POLARIS, which simplifi es the DTG process and reduces shirt setup touches. This pretreatment solution is what printers have been waiting for. Inline heat presses and quartz fl ashes smooth garment fi bres to increase DTG quality. The POLARIS is designed to produce full-colour designs at a rapid pace, with repeatable, steady output. Two dedicated digital print engines work in tandem to produce vibrant artwork quickly and effortlessly. The POLARIS takes DTG printing into a new realm of limitless possibilities.
