This 100% polyester mesh, 140gsm garment features a contrast shoulder and side detail, dry wicking fabric keeps you cool and comfortable, straight hem and superior printing surface. Available in 12 colours and in sizes XS to 3XL, the KK991 also comes in a fi tted women’s option (KK966). Both can be decorated by embroidery, heat transfer and sublimation.

Composition: 80% combed cotton for comfort, 17% recycled polyamide for strength, 3% elastane for comfort and strength. Other compositions and yarns are available upon request. With Terry cushioning on the sole to provide great comfort and to prevent blisters and chaffi ng from occurring. These socks can be produced with:
• Euro cotton – Conventional cotton from ethical producers within the EU. • Upcycled cotton – High quality reprocessed cotton. Provides signifi cant savings in water, resources and pollutants.

ll embroiderers will be aware of the problems associated with embroidery on sportswear fabrics. This is particularly apparent on modern treated technical polyester fabrics.
These types of fabrics have a yarn construction that does not like to be disturbed. So as soon as you put a needle and thread in this fabric it puckers and holes. ETC Supplies is always at the forefront of new fabric developments and with the team’s technical skills together with those coupled from manufacturers, ETC Supplies is able to develop a solution to these problems.
ETC’s Super Spun Backing is the answer to these problematic fabrics. This product is very light weight and is translucent, to let the light through. This stops the problem of seeing the backing through the garment. The Super Spun Backing is very strong. It is a cut away material that does all the work
of stabilising and stitch retention. This in turn prevents puckering and fabric holes. In most designs you only need to use one piece, but you can use two pieces if desired.
Super Spun Backing has excellent washability and has a melting point of 260°C. This product is available in both white and black colours.
