Amaya offers a wide variety of heat transfer, vinyl and DTF equipment. For full colour prints with no weeding Amaya offers the Oki white toner printers in A3 size and the UniNet IColor 540 printer for A4 size. Both these printers require no maintenance. These printers work with Forever transfer paper which are very economical compared with other manufacturers. The IColor 540 printer also has a range of transfer papers. Both these printers give excellent quality prints in vibrant colours.
Amaya offers a full range of SEF vinyl fi lm, all the fi lms shown in the supplier’s brochure are manufactured using water-based formulations, with no solvents, completely safe for the environment, and many carry the Oeko-Tex accreditation – important information for your end customer. SEF Textile has been involved in manufacturing garment decoration products for over 40 years. The company’s unique factory base in Laval, France makes them the only integrated manufacturer of the fl ock and fl ex fi lms.
For DTF printing Amaya offers the Texjet DTF and DTG printers together with drying ovens and product bundle. The advantage with this package is that you can offer DTG and DTF from the same printer and the same ink.

A special DTF combo What has proven its merits for fl ex and fl ock is also a hot candidate for DTF
processes. Secabo has put together a special DTF-combo: The Beast for baking and the TC7 Smart Membrane for gentle transfer.
Secabo The Beast is ideal for dealing with adhesive gel with non-contact heat. It combines a smart swing-away heat press, a heated base plate and a quick-change system. That makes it a professional device for high-end applications – including DTF. Contactless drying is possible due to the large adjustment range of up to 7cm. Thanks to the wide swing angle bumping and spreading of the adhesive during placement of the fi lm can be avoided. The modular thermobase saves time, as heat comes from above and below.
Second part of the DTF-duo is the knee-lever press TC7 Smart Membrane. It’s the candidate for fi xing the fi lm. With its passive membrane plate and high contact pressure, fusing the fi lm takes only 10 seconds at 125°C. The infl atable membrane allows uneven surfaces to be compensated. Heat only acts where needed, and the garment is protected from resublimation and dye migration. Proven settings can be saved via app and thus reproduced for series production.
