Focus on Transfer Printing & Heat Presses Hobkirk Embroidery Machines

HP-0408FC auto heat press

Expanding its portfolio Hobkirk Embroidery Machines is pleased to add the Ricoma range of heat presses to their expanding portfolio of personalisation equipment. The range includes The HP-0408FC auto open cap press, HP-0606F auto open small area heat press and the fl agship model HP-1620F-T auto open fl at heat press with the sliding bed. All the models feature a digital touch screen panel for controlling both temperature and time plus a magnetic auto open feature meaning once the heat plate is lowered it will automatically release and raise once the countdown timer has fi nished.

The small area press (15x15cm) is perfect for sleeves and upper chest logos, particularly good when polo buttons can get in the way on a large area press. The fl agship 40x50cm model also features a slide out platen for easy garment access both loading and after pressing. The cap press has a 15x9cm area.

Adelco

Where precision meets performance

For decorators working with transfer printing, the quality of the fi nal result depends as much on the press as it does on the transfer itself. Adelco, with over 50 years of textile machinery expertise, has built an end-to-end transfer printing solution around exactly that principle from printing the transfer to pressing it.

Adelco Clam Press

The Adelco DTF Printer, available in 2H, 4H and 8H confi gurations, produces the transfers themselves printing directly onto fi lm with an integrated inline drying, cooling and powder recirculation system, making it a genuinely self-contained production unit. For decorators who want full control over their transfer supply chain, it’s a compelling proposition. Those transfers are then fi nished using the Adelco Heat Press range – four double-station models for garments, a dedicated Clam Press and a Cap Press for headwear, each precision-engineered to deliver consistent temperature, pressure and dwell time across every application. Whatever the substrate, Adelco has a press built for it. Tying both together is Adelco’s own range of DTF consumables – hot peel fi lm, adhesive powder and water- based inks certifi ed to Oeko-Tex and GOTS standards – all developed to work in harmony across the full workfl ow. Backed by UK-based engineers providing installation, maintenance, and ongoing support, Adelco offers decorators a complete, reliable transfer printing operation under one roof.
