The upcoming 2024 Kustom Kit collection features three exciting new styles, as well as a number of new options for some best-selling classics.
he brand new KK332 Regular Fit Sweatshirt sits right at the top of the tree in terms of quality and washability within the 80% cotton, 20% polyester fabric market. The 100% cotton face is ideal for decoration by DTG with the KK332 featuring taped shoulders, self-fabric double-layered cuff, neck and welt with twin needle stitching, double stitched armholes and shoulders, as well as self-colour tape to back neck for comfort. Available in sizes XS-XXL in black, dark grey, heather grey and navy.
Also new for 2024 is the KK336 Regular Fit ¼ Zip Hoodie. Suitable for workwear, streetwear or fashionwear, this 280gsm, 80% cotton, 20% polyester layering essential is one of the most versatile pieces in the Kustom Kit offering. Featuring a 100% cotton face, stylish kangaroo pocket and double stitched armholes and shoulders, the KK336 is available in sizes XS-XXL in black, dark grey, heather grey and navy.
The final new addition is the KK412 Regular Fit Superwash 60° Jersey Polo. Featuring the same popular 65% polyester 35% cotton fabric as the KK504, but slightly heavier at 170gsm, and the same fit as the industry legend KK403 Klassic Polo, this latest addition to the Superwash 60° family is the best of both worlds! Featuring matching 1x1 rib flat knit collar and cuffs, interlined slanted top placket and taped back neck, inner collar and taped shoulder seams, the KK412 is available in sizes S-XXL in black, charcoal, navy and white. A standout in the polo shirts market, most casual looks are taken care of with the KK403 Klassic Polo. The main act of the Superwash® 60 line-up, it is a firm favourite amongst garment decorators. The wide range of colours and sizes combined with the brand’s renowned Superwash fabric ensures its continued appeal across multiple industries.
With the addition of four new colours (Army Green, Cardinal Red, Deep Wine and Light Navy) , the KK403 is now available in a huge range of 30 colours and in sizes XS-6XL for selected options. It can be

There are also four new colour options available (Baby Pink, Red, Royal and Sky Blue) on the KK333 Regular Fit Hoodie Constructed from a blend of 80% ring spun combed cotton and 20% polyester, it has a brushed back for a soft hand feel and a versatile weight of 280gsm. Thanks to the polyester fibre being introduced at the core of the fabric, the knit benefits from a 100% cotton printing surface, making it the perfect choice for DTG printing. Now available in 12 colours and sizes XXS- 4XL, this hoodie is ideal for collegewear and can also be decorated using embroidery or heat transfer.
The KK335 Regular Fit ¼ Zip Sweatshirt and KK334 Regular Fit Zipped Sweatshirt are versatile options that are ready to perform. Constructed from a blend of 80% ring spun combed cotton and 20% polyester, they have a brushed back for a soft hand feel and a versatile weight of 280gsm. Thanks to the polyester fibre being introduced at the core of the fabric, the knit benefits from a 100% cotton printing surface, making these garments the perfect choice for DTG printing. With the addition of a new Heather Grey colour for 2024, these layering essentials come in four colours and are available in sizes XS-2XL. With 2 new colours for 2024 (Black/ Charcoal and Charcoal/Black) and the most recent member of the Superwash® 60 family, is it time to rediscover the versatility and potential of the KK409 Tipped Polo? This effortlessly fashionable design classic is
made from 185gsm, 65/35 polyester cotton pique fabric. The KK409 can be decorated by embroidery, heat transfer and screen printing. Available in 12 colours and in sizes S-3XL.
Kustom Kit’s KK105 and KK109 Premium Oxford shirts are tried and tested industry favourites, available in classic, tailored and slim fits. Renowned for their hardwearing properties, smart appearance and easy iron finish, they are made from 125gsm 85% cotton and 15% polyester to combine the benefits of cotton with the durability and easy-care functionality of polyester. Now available in 10 colours, with the addition of Dark Navy, across the range and in sizes 13.5-23, Premium Oxford Shirts can be decorated by embroidery, heat transfer and screen printing.
