Uninterrupted eff iciency with Adelco DTF system
A
delco’s DTF system is a high-quality fi lm printer equipped with all the
essential features necessary for a seamless operation, fostering uninterrupted effi ciency. This system features a state-of-the- art mechanical control system, guaranteeing unparalleled stability during the printing process. Encapsulated in its premium aluminium frame are four Epson I3200 printheads, empowering the DTF to achieve an
impressive resolution of 3200dpi while maintaining remarkable print speeds of 27m²/h, solidifying its position as one of the fastest on the market. Complementing the printheads, Adelco’s DTF features a re-circulating powder system, ingeniously recycling the powder and minimising waste of this valuable material. At the same time, the system boasts fi ve carbon fi bre heating units, uniquely positioned to effi ciently dry prints over extended durations, all while optimising energy consumption.
This printer comes with Adelco’s bridge of support, being the manufacturer on the ground in both the UK and China. User-friendliness is an important point W
ith the high and consistent quality of their direct to garment printers, Brother is now launching the GTXpro roll-to-roll model. With this printing technology, Brother combines impressive print quality with speed and effi ciency. The addition of a powder and a drying unit to the GTXpro creates the Roll-to- Roll machine. Instead of printing on individual sheets, an entire roll can now be printed from the media. Print jobs can be easily printed using the supplied software “Digital Factory v11 Direct to Film Edition - Brother” from Fiery. After
completion, the print job is found on the DTF roll and can be further processed for the individual textiles. The GTXpro roll- to-roll solution is very versatile and can be applied to a wide range of textiles, including cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Brothers Roll-to-Roll solution also uses the proven environmentally friendly and water-based inks developed by Brother. The inks are GOTS positive registered and OekoTex passport certifi ed. The fi fth generation industrial print heads developed by Brother with internal white ink circulation system and an integrated wet cap system are one of the keys for higher productivity with low operator involvement.
User-friendliness is also an important point with this Brother machine. The GTXpro Roll-to-Roll has intuitive software and a simple user interface that makes the printing process seamless.

It is CE Marked with 13-amp standard UK plug with a generous heating area 35cm x 35cm or 40cm x 50cm. It has an accurate and easy to use digital control panel for setting and an Audible alarm on time countdown. Easy to use adjustable pressure setting plus a hard-wearing rubber base.
Our SPW Magnetic Release Heat Press Machine has magnetic auto open, with slider, high pressure platen, 225 C temperature accuracy separate digital time and temperature control effectively ensuring the uniformity and stability of the heating plate temperature. We also supply SPW 10050 Heat Press Manual Clamshell Heat Press with automatic magnetic release, touch screen, safe, durable, uniform heat distribution, electronic time control, special ultra- precision line pipe technology, effectively ensuring the uniformity and stability of heating plate temperature.
Finally, we have SPW Pneumatic Heat Press comes with a touch screen which stores frequently used settings. The heating wire and the heating plate is a one-piece casting making it durable and provides a uniform heat distribution.
