P&P LIVE! 2022 Preview
• Two new 8in touch screen models from Ricoma will be running on the Hobkirk Sewing Machines’ (A70) stand; the MT1503-8S and the MT1504-8S. These machines now come with WiFi connectivity meaning users can send designs from a PC to the machine without the need for cables.
• New exhibitor Holiauma UK (P60) will be demonstrating the latest embroidery machines from Holiauma. On stand will be a single-head and a two-head model.
• Two new sustainable thread ranges can be discovered on the Madeira UK (J20) stand. POLYNEON Green is a high quality machine embroidery thread made from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles, while SENSA Green is the only coloured embroidery thread on the market made from 100% biodegradable lyocell fi bres.
• Stocks Embroidery Solutions (G30) will have several new embroidery machines on display; including the new Brother PR680W six-needle commercial embroidery machine and the brand new ZSK Rocket multi-head industrial machine.
• Wilcom Europe (J52) will be introducing WilcomWorkspace. The suite offers convenient and affordable on-demand embroidery web applications. The newest addition is the Estimator app that solves many quotation problems, saving time and money.
• On the YES Group (G10) stand will be the new SWF KX series of single and high-speed multi-heads. These embroidery machines are just packed with the very latest operational technology, including automatic thread tensioning, digitally controlled pressor feet, smaller cylinder arm, picker free, high-speed stitching with speeds of 1,200spm, and so much more tech.
TRANSFER PRINTING & HEAT PRESSES • Dae Ha UK (P10) will be exhibiting every fi lm and colour of HTV it now manufactures, totalling more than 300. This includes the introduction of 10 new HTV and the addition of over 70 colours and patterns since the last exhibition in 2020.
• Manchester Print & Press (A62) will be exhibiting its own range of Grafter screen printed transfer machinery, which produces bulk heat transfers. The range includes LED exposure units, single and dual platen heat presses, tunnel dryers, manual and automatic printing machinery.

• Pressmech (P24) will be bringing something new to the exhibition that was developed during lockdown. It gives a new take to the original pneumatic press and can speed up workload by up to 50%.
• The Hotronix Tag Along Platen will receive its exhibition debut on the Target Transfers’ (D30) stand, along with the new Hotronix 360 IQ Hat Heat Press. Also on stand will be UltraColour, the world’s leading full colour custom heat transfer.
• New exhibitor tranSMART (F64) will be introducing its high quality heat transfers with a hands-on approach.
OTHER PRINT TECHNOLOGY & CONSUMABLES • For all your hard substrate printing jobs the brand-new Roland LEC2-S series of UV printers will be on display on both Amaya Sales UK (F40) and Roland DG’s (E60) stands.
• AXZYRA (P42) will be showcasing the Print Head Doctor – a recovery system for all kinds of solvent, water-based and UV print heads.
• EXILE Technologies (H52) will be launching the new FREEStyler2 computer to screen system at the exhibition, offering a range of improvements and upgrades.
The Grafter Heat Press will be demonstrated on Manchester Print & Press’ stand
• GIF Supplies (P50) will be showing the full Uras chemical range of digital and screen textile inks for garment decoration. This will include the brand-new fl ash white which has been formulated specifi cally for the UK market.
• Global Print Solutions (B70) will be showing the Reggie, a new automatic heat transfer screen printing machine with fi tted camera registration. This machine can print up to 500 sheets per hour.
• H.G. Kippax & Sons (A52) will be showing the Thunder – an industrial-grade manual screen printing press designed to handle high-demand printing while minimising wear and tear on the user.
• The new Schulze Pretreatmaker 5 will be in operation on the MHM Direct GB (G60) stand. The machine is equipped with scales monitoring each tank and automated set-up, shutdown and maintenance procedures.
