P&P LIVE! 2022 Preview Introducing our new exhibitors
At this year’s Printwear & Promotion LIVE! more than 20 new and returning exhibitors will be taking to the exhibition floor to showcase their exciting product ranges. Here a few of them explain why they have chosen to exhibit and what they are most looking forward to.
E
ach and every year, new exhibitors choose to use P&P LIVE! as a way to test the waters and to establish a footing in the garment decoration market. One such company is AXZRYA. Set up in 2015 by Steve Woods, he says that AXZRYA will help to take your print business into new markets you never thought possible.
Launching at the exhibition will be the Print Head Doctor, a recovery system for all kinds of solvent, eco-solvent, water-based and UV print heads, and the new direct to film digital print and powder applicator system. Steve explains: “We as a business have always promoted at trade shows, as showing and demonstrating hardware to potential customers helps us to understand customer needs and where the markets are going. I’m most looking forward to three days standing on my feet! Just joking! I’m really looking forward to meeting new customers and understanding this new market segment for AXZRYA.”
First time for everything
Also showcasing new equipment for the first time is Manchester Print & Press with the Grafter range of screen print transfer equipment. Richard Stretton explains that after investing in new technologies such as direct to garment and direct to film, they found that these printers did not produce the volume, adhesion, ease of use and low maintenance that was achieved from their transfer printing machines in order to produce bulk volume and consistent quality heat transfers. “After each venture into these technologies we found ourselves reverting back to the century’s old technology of screen printing,” he adds.
The Grafter machines do exactly what they are built to do; print and press heat transfers. Richard adds: “We offer heat presses, that while they will not tell you the date and time in Azerbaijan or what temperature to heat press little pearly beads, they will maintain the correct heat and pressure to consistently press high quality heat transfers.”

Steve Woods of AXZYRA can’t wait to meet you
Also exhibiting something new for the transfer market is tranSMART. Clive Allcott says: “Getting your foot in the door is hard, but when you’ve been silently leading the way for some time, it’s only right that people know who you are. We decided that P&P LIVE! would be the perfect introduction for tranSMART into the lives of those looking for a general purpose solution. P&P LIVE! is the hub for all new activity pertaining to garment decoration within the industry, something we like to think we know a thing or two about!”
Visitors should head over to tranSMART’s stand to receive a hands on, touchy-feely, physical representation of the high-quality heat transfers available.
And finally, if you’re looking for beautifully crafted labels to add to your decorated garments then you should visit new exhibitor Compass Labels and Print.
