A vast array of new equipment to discover and invest in
Excitement among our exhibitors is at an all-time high as they eagerly await the opportunity to demonstrate the latest innovative garment decoration technology on the market in a trade show environment once again. To make things easy, all the new equipment and consumables that will be on display at the exhibition has been ordered by product type over the next few pages. This list is not exhaustive and there will be plenty more new products to discover later this month.
DIRECT TO FILM PRINTING • Amaya Sales UK (F40) will be showcasing the direct to fi lm capabilities of the Polyprint Texjet range of printers.
• AXZYRA (P42) will be showing its new direct to fi lm transfer print system. This system uses a high quality water-based ink to digitally print the graphics and then automatically applies a powdered adhesive and cures all in one compact operation.
• Three new direct to fi lm printers will be demonstrated on Dye Sublimation Supplies’ (A50) stand; a large format 60cm system, a mid-range 30cm version and a more accessible desktop A3 setup.
• New exhibitor Indie Ink (B2) will be demonstrating the entry-level DTF printer, the IndieJet Pro.
• J&B Sewing Machine Co (A32) will be showing how you can use Ecofreen PET fi lms and Ecofreen Hot Melt Adhesive Powder with the Epson SureColor SC-F2100 and SC-F2000 DTG printers and all Brother GTX printers to perform direct to fi lm printing straight onto fabric.
• R A Smart (A1) will be showcasing a full direct to fi lm solution on stand.
• Both TheMagicTouch (J40) and Resolute (B20) will be showcasing the R-Jet PRO DTF – a standalone wide format printer. TheMagicTouch will also have on stand the new Mutoh/ STS VJ-628D printer. The 630mm wide compact desktop printer is based on Mutoh’s proven Valuejet 628 8-channel printer chassis and Epson industrial print head. Resolute will also have on stand the new DTF UV system. Designed for signage, promotional items and other hard substrates Resolute’s new UV fi lm transfers can be applied to bottles, mugs and other cylindrical items.

The Atlas MAX will get its exhibition debut on the Amaya Sales UK stand
• The new DTG Q Series will receive its exhibition debut on the YES Group (G10) stand. Printing on to fi lm, this hybrid converts to direct to fi lm without changing inks or platens.
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING • The Kornit Atlas MAX DTG printer with in-built pre-treatment will receive its exhibition debut on the Amaya Sales UK (F40) stand. Equipped with XDi technology, users can create 3D decorative applications and effects with ease.
• The new Brother GTX600 will be on display on the MHM Direct GB (G60) stand, offering high speed printing and ultra-low running costs.
• The Texart-640S-DTG Multi-Station Printer will be on display on the Roland DG (E70) stand. It prints durable, full-colour designs, photos, logos, and text directly onto a wide range of cotton and cotton-blend products.
• Xpres (C70) will be showcasing the next generation DTG printer from Epson, the SureColor SC-F3000, which delivers up to 60 full platen dark T shirts per hour.
EMBROIDERY • AJS Embroidery Services (K40) will showcase the Tajima TMEZ-KC series, which is equipped with the i-TM function for automating the embroidery fi nish process.
• The recently launched twin-head, the BEKT-S1502CII from Barudan (E70) will be running non-stop throughout the three days of the exhibition. This is a great sized multi-head for customers with limited space.
• GS UK (B55) will be launching four new Merlin Pro embroidery machines at the exhibition; the Merlin Pro
