P&P LIVE! 2023 Review

PHENOMENAL REACTION RECEIVED The reaction from customers old and new was phenomenal, as Snuggle showcased retail ready screen

fi nish DTG prints with no smell. It was enlightening to hear from customers the impact it’s made on their customers and how Snuggle is helping them to grow and scale. Many customers have reduced or stopped production in house and this has enabled them to focus on sales and design and it was incredible to hear how the Snuggle team is helping to make that a reality for them.

Feedback on the prints from the new Atlas Max printers were unbelievable, time and time again the team was discussing how it seems impossible for these prints to have been done via DTG. In a not so distant past this level of quality of prints via DTG was near on impossible however with Snuggle’s experience, expertise and technology retail ready prints with no smell are a reality. It was lovely to catch up with so many of our customers both big and small from print on-demand startups to larger decorators and print agencies and how Snuggle’s services have added value to their businesses and how new services such as our same day DTG printing has helped in so many ways from customer retention to increased profi t margins. Customers were in awe of the amazing range and variety of garments which can be printed on via DTG and were pleased to see the incredible results being achieved on Gildan, Next Level and organic brands such as Stanley/Stella which are always a customer favourite. The new introduction to unlimited colour embroidery and 3D XDi printing was a huge success, bringing new avenues of upselling to customers and increasing customer satisfaction. The show was a massive success and it was amazing opportunity to catch up, learn about what more the team can do to support customers growth and plans and also to see what’s new and changing within the industry.

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! was the best ever for Kingly. What struck a chord was the loyalty of our customers. There were certain customers coming to the stand who expressed how happy they are with the service, the quality, the dedication of the team, and our ability to solve problems when they occur.

Surprisingly, several customers came wearing our socks and testified that the products have no holes, even after being worn for three to four years. This was a great selling point with regard to the quality of our socks. Also, there was quite a lot of excitement around our clickable socks.

There were so many people that I didn’t know who came to me and said they follow Kingly’s stories on social media, especially on LinkedIn, and were amazed by the progress that the company is making with regard to sustainability. We are now happy to share that we just received an Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification for our upcycled socks, bamboo socks, printed socks and GOTS organic cotton socks. Kingly is assuming more responsibility with regard to quality and comfort. And we won’t stop there
