Batman Gotham City Escape features three breathtaking launches with a top speed of over 100 km/h. Four inversions are experienced in almost 2 minutes of ride time. After the second launch the train reaches the 45 meter high panoramic top hat. The top hat can be seen throughout the park. Twelve airtime moments will let any adrenaline junkie’s heart beat faster. The ride also features a dark ride section where the theming is nicely put in place going along with the IP. The ride also features an inversion with breathtaking hangtime for a couple of seconds as well as a swing brake (reducing the speed while whizzing up a spike forward before braking the train in the backwards movement). One of the attraction’s most unique features is its maximum angle of inclination, a 98-degree drop from the 45 meter-high top hat, with spectacular views of the park.
