Ready, Set, Go Xtreme! at LEGOLAND Florida
F
amily fun meets action-packed entertainment this summer with the premiere of Go Xtreme!, a live-action stunt show, at LEGOLAND
Florida Resort.
The all-new show will have families on the edge of their seats with thrilling, hilarious and extreme stunts from world-class performers. The high-energy experience and more summer offerings will thrill guests on select dates until 6 August 2023. The stunt show action unfolds on the set of LEGO City’s favourite TV show “Go Xtreme!”, where Producer Tom, a new character to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, is leading the show’s talent auditions. Families can join in the fun as part of the 'live studio audience' while hopeful stunt performers compete for their big break on the show.
Skill and agility take centre stage with crowd- thrilling stunts by BMX riders, scooter riders, a Cyr wheel artist, an inline skater and a world-record- holding pogo athlete. A panel of fun-loving guest judges will determine which extreme stunts make the cut for the newest season of the show. Also new this summer, roaming percussion group The Rhythm Bricks will bring their unique
musical flair to the park, providing an interactive instrument experience for families.
Pirate Island Pool Parties also return to the resort nightly, with swashbuckling entertainment that keeps the fun coming even after the theme park closes.
Sunkid delivers themed aerial tower at Schwabenpark
A new family attraction, Hubertus, will tower more than nine metres high for the 2023 season at Schwabenpark to provide passengers with a perfect overview of the rear part of the leisure area. Named after the patron saint of hunters and foresters, both the tower and the tower head are themed in a fairytale forest design. On the tree trunk, made of fibreglass- reinforced plastic, two people each can pull themselves up in four seating units - motor- assisted and using a little of their own muscle power - while enjoying the view from the 360° rotating high seat.
Schwabenpark, located near Kaisersbach in the Welzheim Forest (Baden-Württemberg, Germany), has been in existence since 1972, and this new interactive family ride from Sunkid is expected to ensure it once again lives up to its positioning as a park for the whole family.

Chronos One Escape Rooms in Eltham is celebrating a new name and is getting a brand- new look, with a little help from one of the UK's top theme park design companies. Formerly known as Eltham Escape Rooms, Chronos One Escape Rooms has enlisted the help of Dead Walk Designs to transform its entrance zone and give guests a truly immersive greeting. Dead Walk Designs is known for creating adventurous escape rooms, as well as features for attractions such as Alton Towers, Madame Tussauds and LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The exciting new area is teased to have a sleek sci-fi aesthetic, like a spaceship straight out of the cinema screen. Here, players will feel as if they are being transported through time and space to one of the many worlds they can explore in the escape rooms, where they must race against the clock to solve a number of fun puzzles. To bring this look to life, staff are donning specially-made uniforms, and a new logo has been introduced as a throwback to the venue's very first escape room. Guests will be able to enjoy the new look this summer.
Each escape room has a unique theme, from Jack the Ripper to Neverland. Dead Walk Designs was responsible for creating the newest puzzle experience, The Temple of the Forbidden Idol, which involves state-of-the-art tech and outstanding visual artistry. There are even life-like smells from AromaPrime, who are responsible for making the atmospheric pongs at Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and The London Dungeon.
