CASINO FOCUS

New England’s largest sportsbook video wall (a 144-foot, 4K marvel), which is surrounded by a state-of-the-art gaming floor. A new fine dining venue, 9 Dragons, is a collaboration with the iconic Kowloon restaurant and has drawn rave reviews since its grand opening last year. With the addition of high-end shows at the Seasons Showroom, The Brook is redefining what a regional casino can be.

BETTING ON THE FUTURE Eureka is far from done. The company recently announced a $100 million expansion of its Mesquite property, including an overhaul of Gregory’s Mesquite Grill steakhouse, hotel, and casino upgrades, and the development of a master-planned community. It’s an ambitious move, but for Eureka, ambition has always been about people first.

“It’s a bold investment in our guests, our employee-owners, and the vibrant community we call home,” says Carrier.

was founded, ECI has supported everything from mental health programs in schools to summer reading initiatives, donating more than $290,000 to literacy programs and another $313,000 to mental health support for students. But perhaps the most striking example of Eureka’s community integration is The Brook in Seabrook, New Hampshire. In 2019, Carrier and Lee returned to their home state to transform a defunct greyhound racetrack into a complete entertainment destination – and a force for good.

Today, The Brook stands as America’s largest charity casino, a testament to Eureka Casinos’ pioneering approach to business and philanthropy. Operating under New Hampshire’s unique charity casino model, The Brook donates a portion of gaming revenue directly to local nonprofits. The results are staggering, with over $30 million given to charities since 2019, including $11 million in 2024 alone.

These are not abstract figures; they represent tangible, life-changing support. In 2023, donations from The Brook facilitated 10,829 meals for vulnerable individuals through organizations like Rockingham Nutrition & Meals on Wheels. It granted seven life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses through Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, and provided 89 suicide prevention trainings for 130 schools through Connors Climb. Additionally, End 68 Hours of Hunger received support to deliver 4,000 weekend meals to food-insecure children and their families, while Angel Flight NE was able to fund 310 critical medical transportation flights.

Carrier addes: “We’ve built something truly special here at The Brook, where every game played contributes funds to and fuels a greater good. Our success isn’t just measured in dollars

or visitors but in the profound possibilities and resources our work helps to provide our community and state.”

GROWTH FUELLED BY PURPOSE The Brook’s success is more than feel-good philanthropy – it’s a winning business strategy. Since its acquisition, the property has grown its workforce by 250%, added over 100 new jobs in 2024 alone, and cemented its status as New Hampshire’s premier gaming and entertainment destination.

Located just 50 miles north of Boston, The Brook has rapidly emerged as a leader in the competitive New England gaming industry through its blend of innovation and customer- centricity. The 75-acre property has also undergone a dramatic transformation, featuring

A PHILOSOPHY IN ACTION Andre Carrier’s story – from washing dishes in a restaurant as a teen to leading the only 100% employee-owned casino company in the U.S. – is proof that vision and values can build more than profits. They can build legacies. The Eureka Way, as the company calls it, rests on three core principles: serving guests, community, and one another with care; believing in the future through continuous improvement; and creating a fun environment where people thrive.

“Our success goes directly to the financial security and long-term opportunity of the men and women who work at Eureka,” Carrier says. “As we grow, so do the possibilities for their futures. That’s how we measure our legacy.”
