[Young players] are more familiar with the usage of electronic machines and gadgets, and some players might feel pressured to gravitate towards traditional live dealer tables

Eddie Au, LT Game’s Chief Operating Officer

notable surge in the gaming revenue from the LMG segment—products connecting multiple terminals to live dealer tables. This sector achieved a quarterly milestone of MOP1.14 billion (US$142 million) in the third quarter of 2024, reflecting a 6.6 percent increase from the preceding quarter and a substantial 54.7 percent upsurge from pre-pandemic levels in 2019. In comparison, Macau’s overall casino gaming revenue for the first three quarters of 2024 stood at MOP169.4 billion, representing nearly 76.9 percent of pre-pandemic levels. Several factors, including the younger demographic of patrons and macroeconomic conditions, contribute to the growing popularity of LMG products in Macau casinos. “[Young players] are more familiar with the usage of electronic machines and gadgets, and some players might feel pressured to gravitate towards traditional live dealer tables,” Mr. Au elaborates. “The typical minimum bets at [traditional] live dealer tables might range from several hundred [Hong Kong] dollars to HK$1,000, whereas the minimum bets for our [LMG] terminals may be as low as HK$100 or HK$200. This variation significantly impacts players, especially during economic downturns,” he remarks.

Currently boasting a deployment of over 7,000 LMG terminals in Macau and beyond, the firm has reported “record-breaking” sales in LMG products this year, he adds. Paradise Entertainment, the Hong Kong- listed parent company of LT Game, reported a staggering 1,743.2 percent year-on-year revenue surge to HK$68.2 million in the sale and leasing of electronic gaming equipment and systems in Macau in the first half of 2024, including 235 LMG terminals. In response to burgeoning demand and supply chain disruptions during the Covid era, LT Game is constructing a new assembly factory in Areia Preta, Macau, slated to become operational in December. “We can assemble our products here, and have better control over production,” Mr. Au affirms.

NEW MARKETS AND PRODUCTS With a dominant presence in the Macau LMG market, LT Game is expanding its horizons. “While we have primarily focused on LMG products and attained significant success over the past decade, we believe there is untapped potential,” Mr. Au asserts. “Beyond LMG, we aim to diversify our product portfolio and venture into new markets.”

In addition to its Macau headquarters, the company has established a showroom in Las Vegas and a new office in Manila, Philippines, with potential initiatives in Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. While LT Game has made inroads into the North American market, Mr. Au discloses
