Simon Westbury, chief business offi cer at Digitain spoke about the new and upgraded products showcased at iGB Live!


irstly, the theme of this expo for us was “Sportsbooking your Future” and we showcased our latest version of our award-winning, GLI- certifi ed, Sportsbook. It was a doubly exciting week for us as we also announced the ground-breaking collaboration with football legend, Luís Figo, as Digitain Brand Ambassador


The upgraded Sportsbook comes with a range of smart features to help operators protect and boost their revenues, including an AI-powered, risk management tool. Our Sportsbook team manage over 90,000 live betting events per month, from over 100 sports, covering 5,000+ international leagues – a terrifi c betting experience for players, wherever they are.


Our Sportsbook solution also includes a unique AI- powered personalised recommendation engine to improve the effectiveness of on-site customer communication. Using our proprietorial algorithms our systems can analyse customer betting behaviours, based on a wide variety of parameters and then formulate and communicate bet recommendations to customers via a choice of online widgets.


Other innovations include a new Sports Jackpot, focused on improving customer engagement and loyalty, extending the players lifetime value.


The multi-level Jackpot can be confi gured at any level, offering fl exibility to partners. – it really is an excellent way to recruit and retain customers, increasing player loyalty. All-in-all, our award-winning Digitain sportsbook offers a best-in-class, fl exible and scalable solution for operators, wherever they are located.


Other products showcased at iGB Live included, Centrivo, our new, all-in-one, GLI-compliant iGaming platform. This development represents a real step change for operators, whether they are a start-up or an established operation, giving them ultimate control to differentiate and develop their businesses.


Innovative features include, an extensive range of pro-active responsible gaming options, a comprehensive back-offi ce management and reporting system, an intuitive and fl exible content management engine, a fl exible cross-product bonus tool and a globally rich payment gateway, boasting over 400 payment providers. The latest cutting-edge technology, including AI and


machine-learning, has been employed to deliver a highly fl exible, customisable and scalable solution. Also, Centrivo can now handle even more bets being processed - up to 10,000 a second.


We also presented our new Live Casino, located in our own state-of-the-art studio in Yerevan. IMPRESSIONS FROM IGB LIVE! It was diffi cult for this year’s show to compare with 2021,


which was the fi rst exhibition post-lockdown, so visitor numbers seemed down on last year. The number of visitors could also have been affected by the other expos happening around the same time – maybe the organisers should consult to spread the opportunities around?


Overall, the show was a success for us, with the Sales team coming away with a healthy number of potential leads. We had a great location, alongside our sister organisation, Galaxsys and we were pleased by the quality of the traffi c. The ever-popular Digitain cocktail bar was a huge success too, with plenty of visitors taking the time to chill out over a Digi Blue Mojito. Our free prize draw was also a great success where two lucky visitors went home with a new iPad and iPhone


PLANS FOR THE FUTURE


There’s a few more events to cover this year and we have expanded our Sales team internationally in order that we continue to make an impact in emerging markets, especially in Asia and Latin America.


The focus will be on growing our network of partners, with focus on growth of API sportsbook as well as rolling out our new certifi ed iGaming platform onto our partner network. Digitain’s Live casino, which has just added auto-roulette to the product mix, has seen some traction since launched at ICE, and we will see some integrations go live soon.
