G2E ASIA 2017

title of the new hit Link – Eyes of Fortune – will be on display to support our first two titles Happy Lantern and Dragon Riches.

VIZEXPLORER With two new products on top of their

existing excellence, VizExplorer had plenty to talk about at G2E Asia. A development with Everi, CashInsite, provides casino marketers with unique insights related to player loyalty and transaction behavior at their property. With access to transaction data from Everi’s cash access solutions, VizExplorer CashInsite with Everi IQ accurately captures cash access transactions occurring at your property to better understand player loyalty and willingness to spend.

The company also has an arrangement with social gaming provider OpenWager, enabling the two companies to launch VizExplorer’s SocialLink for OpenWager to be integrated with VizExplorer’s existing applications. The integration would allow gambling establishments to utilise social games as a means to incrementally boost on-site customer visits.

The OpenWager platform is first to be

integrated with VizExplorer’s marketing tool, campaignViz. This would provide casino marketers with the opportunity to keep track of players’ cross-channel behaviour and deliver suitable promotional offers in order to prompt more visits and boost on-property activity.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY TCSJOHNHUXLEY’s Tracy Cohen told Casino

International: “Roulette is getting more popular in Asia, so we have Saturn Glo and Blaze Roulette here. Game Ball has also been a big thing for us at the show, though the IP belongs to Sands; it’s essentially Baccarat with a 12- sided die. Sands had the idea, and we designed the software and hardware. The unit we have here is currently being tested in The Venetian, and we await approval into Singapore. Even though it is a Baccarat game it looks different and will attract people in a very different way.” G2E Asia 2017 is also the debut for Qorex in

this region, and this allowed the company to show its Qorex Fixed Tablet Table. Displayed as a six-player unit with a built in Saturn Auto Wheel, Qorex TT features fixed tablets that incorporate the same consistent User Interface found in all Qorex products. This allows the player to navigate easily from game to game as well as transitioning from terminals to tablets. This new unit has integrated note acceptors and ticket printers and has been cleverly designed with interlocking modules, so they can be configured easily to fit any space or requirement.

TransAct It is tough sometimes to remember G2E

Asia’s humble beginnings, but Tracey Chernay sums it up neatly. “We are so excited to be here at G2E Asia. When I think back over the years to how this show started all those years ago at the old tower, and compare it to today’s show it is night and day. Macau and the show have progressed hand-in-hand, and this has been the best G2E Asia to date, bigger and better than ever before.” A new printer leads the line for TransAct, as

Tracey explained: “We are showing the Epic family of gaming printers, with the flagship Epic 950 and the newly-introduced Epic Edge. This is the follow-on to the 950 which we recently announced. We will be working with OEMs to integrate it over time; in the next six to 18 months you will see the Edge start to appear. Alongside the 950 and Epic Edge we are showing Epicentral, our couponing bonusing system that prints to the player while they play. This is of specific interest to the Macau market because as they struggle with the bonus issue they have going on, the printed coupon could be a real benefit to operators and a genuine solution for them.”

Agilysys Expect big things in Asia for Agilysys as

integrated resorts grow in the region – it’s tailor-made for their hospitality software and solutions. Brandon Tai explained: “Gaming is one of the main verticals we are in, especially with integrated resorts as we are seeing in Manila, as we expect to see in Japan; they are really our bread and butter. Many casinos in Vegas use our products, for example. “We recently opened an office in Philippines because of the work we have in Manila, so Asia is really growing for us. “Being in Asia definitely has its advantages as opposed to a company with no presence in Asia. We are probably more familiar with this region and how it operates, and gaming is a very connected community. When Japan opens its doors, our clients in Philippines may be involved, for example, and they have already used our products to great effect – it may give us a way in to that market. “From the US to Asia now we are in many

resorts; we are operating in more than 10 countries in Asia now. We are also working with partners in many countries where we may not yet have an office.”

Ainsworth Ainsworth showcased a range of premium

titles designed specifically for the Asian market at the recent G2E Asia expo. Highlighted by spectacular graphics and boasting a range of popular features such as free games, stacked

wilds and jackpots, a range of titles complemented the company’s new A640 cabinet that was introduced to Asia for the first time. “The Asian market has an appetite for the best in class games and at Ainsworth we are dedicated to satisfying these demands with highly innovative technology, cabinet flexibility, product performance and a wide range of game options,” said Ainsworth’s CEO - Danny Gladstone. Also on show was Ainsworth’s recently introduced A600 cabinet line, which takes existing Ainsworth technology to the next level with larger game screens, dynamic lighting effects and a state-of-the-art LCD touchscreen button deck. Ainsworth upped the ante at G2E Asia for the region with a range of link progressives and SAP packages shown on the A600. Titles on the A600 included Lucky 8 Treasures, Fire Power Series, Oriental Express, Grand Fortune, Double Shot Gold, Quad Shot and Lucky Ways.

Zitro Great success for Zitro at G2E Asia, where it

has just presented its wide range of products adapted to this part of the world, composed of its new Video Bingo products and also, for the first time, by its Video Slots Bryke. Zitro has presented in Macau its impressive collection of new Video Bingo games from the Big Time collection, as well as its promotional systems which, under the same name, have been very well received by Asian operators who have appreciated their fun and exciting contents for the player, but also for its flexibility to schedule events in the gaming venues at dates and times when additional commercial attraction is required. In addition, the Bryke Video Slots and its

multi-games Pick & Win have been the big novelty presented by Zitro in Macau, creating great expectations among operators. Zitro made in Macau the first steps in order for this new product line to be present in the large Casinos of the Asian market. The company was represented in Macau by Nadège Teyssedre, Sales Manager of Zitro, who has proudly stated that “this is the first time that Zitro offers products beyond Video Bingo in Asia. Operators have shown great interest in the versatility and spectacular presentation of our products. Thanks to Video Bingo we have a great presence in the area, especially in the Philippine market that we will maintain and develop even more, but Bryke gives us the opportunity to enter into different markets and venues, as are the main operators of big casinos of the region and integrated gaming resorts, and thus increase our presence in the area more quickly. “
