Rangemaster expands freestanding 60cm cooker collection R

angemaster has continued to develop its brand offering for retailers with the

introduction of induction and dual fuel models for its 60cm freestanding cooker range. The new fuel types are a first for the brand’s compact cookers and reflect the growing demand for appliances that tick all the right boxes in smaller kitchens and modern homes.

Available in Rangemaster’s popular Professional

+ and Classic collections, the 60cm freestanding cookers include many of the much-loved features from their larger counterparts in two distinct designs. The induction model includes a four-zone hob, consisting of two 2.5kW cooking zones and a further two 1.8kW zones. Features include a pan detector, power boost function, residual heat indicator and child lock, plus a touch-control LED minute minder that can be set on each individual zone to automatically switch it off when the time is up. Rangemaster’s new dual fuel version has a four-

burner hob, with single-handed ignition, comprising a 2.9kW rapid burner, two 1.75kW burners and a smaller 1kW burner, all of which are protected by robust, matt black cast iron pan supports with matching burner caps. Plus, Rangemaster’s popular griddle is supplied as standard – the flat plate is ideal for cooking bacon and toasting sandwiches, while the grooved section provides a healthier way to fry and sear fish or vegetables. The induction and dual fuel cookers benefit

from a generous 69-litre multifunction fan oven, boasting catalytic side liners, seven different cooking settings and an energy-efficient ‘A’ rating. This is complemented by a smaller 39-litre conventional oven and grill, which offers a range of functions including ‘browning’ and slow cook. In addition to the new fuel types, the refreshed

60cm collection comprises ceramic and all-gas versions which have been fully upgraded to include new features and functions alongside a touch control panel with a sleek white LED display. Plus, the Classic variant also gains a larger arched viewing window in the traditionally styled baker’s oven door.

Iskender Diker, Director of Sales and Marketing

for Rangemaster appliances, said: “We are always listening to feedback from customers and retailers to introduce products suitable for today’s homes, and the new 60cm models address the demand for high-quality appliances in more compact spaces. With two new fuel types, a refreshed look and improved features for our freestanding 60cm cooker collection, we’re confident they will appeal to a wider range of consumers, as well as offer retailers greater opportunities in a competitive category.” The new collection is available to retailers

now in Rangemaster’s popular colours: contemporary Stainless Steel or Black for the Professional + ranges, and timeless Black or Cream for the Classic.
