Trotec launches new laser production system

rotec Laser is introducing the Speedy Black Line, a workflow-driven


laser production platform designed to connect job preparation, laser processing and production management. Available in two iterations, the 360 and 480, the platform combines laser hardware, Ruby software, automation capabilities and workflow integration in a co-ordinated production environment. The machine is designed for projects in personalisation, education, print and


signage, and industrial manufacturing, the Speedy Black Line helps businesses create more efficient, scalable, and reliable production processes. The machine also has Vision Design & Position, which provides a live visual preview directly on the material before processing starts. Vision Print & Cut ensures reliable registration of printed graphics for applications such as signs, displays, labels, and promotional products. The Speedy Black Line also supports integration into connected production environments via API and Node-RED.

oland DG has launched the new TrueVis AG-640, a 64in latex printer/cutter, adding to its


TrueVis line-up. The printer is the world’s first


latex printer with integrated cutting functionality, enabling users to contour cut and print seamlessly. The AG-640 is particularly well suited


for businesses looking to maximise available floor space and efficiently handle a variety of work ranging from wraps, wallcoverings, banners and posters, to stickers, labels and decals where print & cut capabilities can help simplify production. The AG-640 uses Roland DG’s newly


developed TA-2 water-based latex inks and the latest piezo print heads to deliver high-precision dot control and consistent, high-definition output across a wide range of media. In addition to standard CMYK, the printer includes orange and red inks as well as high-density white ink for further creative possibilities. The integrated optimiser ensures


stable ink placement and improved adhesion, particularly on commonly used sign media such as PVC, delivering reliable, high-quality results every time.
