SIAMP has appointed Alex Holcroft as MD. Bringing extensive experience across the UK kitchen and bathroom industry, spanning sales, commercial management and product development, Alex returns to SIAMP UK, having previously spent more than two years with the business as product manager.


Roca Group UK & Ireland has announced the addition of three new business development managers to the team. Andreea Simion (pictured) is now merchant BDM for the south east; Carly Bowman is merchant BDM for south east and south central; and Shelley Conacher is retail and merchant BDM for Scotland.


Jamie Welch (pictured)has been appointed managing director of Duravit UK & Ireland, succeeding Martin Carroll, who will retire at the end of the year. Jamie will lead the business through its next phase, with Martin supporting a smooth transition after more than a decade at Duravit.


Grant Westfi eld has promoted Kim Wickes (pictured)to key accounts manager – north and William Prime to technical sales manager. Kim will focus on customer relationships and growth opportunities, while William will help develop the company’s Installer Elite programme as part of its continued investment in its sales team.


Ethan Phillips has joined the Ronal Bathroom Group as regional sales manager for Kudos Showers covering Wales and the SouthWest. Ethan is part of the contract sales team at Kudos, looking after both contractor and merchant customers in his region. He joins the business after a decade on the tools as a plumber.


The Heat Pump Association UK has appointed Mark Williams as its new head of policy and communications. Mark joins from EDF Energy, where he led work on electricity market reform. He previously established Energy UK’s policy analysis team, focusing on energy policy and heat electrifi cation.

Indoor climate specialist Zehnder has appointed Neil Atkins as its new framework & distribution national sales manager. Neil will be responsible for leading sales strategy, strengthening relationships with key customers, designers, developers and partners, while supporting growth across the business.


Fixing specialist Gator has made two senior appointments, with Aaron Freeman joining as national sales manager and Samantha Jeff erson-Crouch as commercial director, covering the UK and Ireland. Aaron brings eight years sales experience, while Samantha has 22 years experience in systems and customer support.
