Following the retirement of Ernie McDonald, Fernox has named Charel Marais (pictured) as general manager. Since joining in 2021, Charel has led the European commercial business and managed global supply chain operations. He brings over 21 years of experience in the HVAC industry to his new role.


Geberit has announced that Andy Lever (pictured), currently national sales director for projects, will succeed Mark Larden as managing director on 1st July 2025. Mark, who has led the company in the UK and Ireland since 2008, will retire


on 30th September, after a distinguished 40-year career.


The new group business development manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland at Salamander Pumps is Gail Burns. Previously a merchant account manager at Gripsure, Gail will focus on generating new business with merchants and contractors, while promoting products from Talon, Cistermiser and Kerafl o brands.


Heat pump manufacturer Stiebel Eltron has announced the appointment of John Felgate (pictured)as its new MD for the UK and Ireland. John takes over from the departing Mark McManus, who leaves the organisation after 17 years with the company. John brings over 25 years of experience in building services manufacturing to the role.


BPEC has announced the appointment of two new roles to enhance its operations. Kevin Clark will become head of technical operations, and Angela Gask will take on the role of head of business operations. They will work with CEO Neil Collishaw on BPEC’s mission to be the industry’s most trusted provider of qualifi cations, assessments and learning materials.


Triton Showers has appointed Paul Ravnbo- West as market development manager. Paul brings over a decade of experience working in the shower and wider HVAC industry, having previously led the development of the fi rst shower technology to be recognised by BRE and DESNZ in the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).

With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he will focus on building partnerships and specifying Aermec’s range of chillers, heat pumps, and fan coil units, supporting customers in achieving energy goals.


Flexible foam specialist Armacell has announced that Stefan Garmann will take over the management of the EMEA East region in addition to his current responsibilities as general manager EMEA North. Stefan has been with Armacell since 2014 and brings with him experience from management roles within the company.
