Sponsorship for Mancunian rugby team
Toshiba Carrier has become an offi cial partner to Manchester’s Sale Sharks for the 2023/2024 Gallagher Premiership Rugby season. Toshiba has a long history of supporting rugby, having previously sponsored Rugby World Cups and the Japanese team. Closer to home, this new partnership will see Carrier and Toshiba’s distinctive branding take pride of place on the East Stand
High-fl ying fundraising
Following another year of fundraising in 2023, Grant UK has presented Wiltshire Air Ambulance (WAA) with a donation of £20,000 to support the lifesaving work this charity provides to the community with delivery of critical medical care.
Grant has been raising funds
for the charity since 2019, with employees organising activities that support WAA’s helicopter emergency medical services throughout Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. Over the last 12 months, the
Grant team, customers, and suppliers have taken part in several activities including wellness initiatives, rugby guess- the-score sweepstakes, bake sales, fancy-dress days and also supporting a Christmas raffle to raise the funds. Put together, all these activities contributed towards Grant UK’s latest donation of £20,000. This brings Grant’s grand total
raised for WAA to £65,000. It will continue to support Wiltshire Air Ambulance in 2024 as a Charity Partner for another year.
