Jen Cassidy has offi cially assumed the role of CEO of the Bristan Group, following the retirement of Martin Mongan at the end of 2024. Jen joined the company in 2021 as chief marketing offi cer and has since held key roles, including chief commercial offi cer and deputy CEO.


The IPG, the buying and marketing group for independent plumbing and heating merchants, has announced the appointment of Pete Banham as its new commercial director. Pete has held both executive and non-executive roles across a wide range of industries, from plumbing and heating, to aerospace, chemicals and textiles.


Salamander Pumps has promoted Jonny Davis to key account director to support its growth strategy. Johnny joined the company in 2019 as a business development manager before progressing his career with Salamander Pumps to secure this latest role. In his new position, he will manage the national reseller customer base.


Kudos Showers has appointed Michael Brewins as the customer services manager based at its Holme factory and offi ce site in Cumbria. Michael brings a wealth of experience from previous customer service roles and will oversee a team of four in this front-facing position. Previously he worked for nine years at BT managing a customer- focused team.


Heat pump specialist Qvantum has named Stefano Poppi as product manager. Stefano brings extensive experience from his previous role as global product manager at NIBE. He holds a PhD from KTH and an executive MBA from Trieste School of Management and will play a key role in advancing Qvantum’s product off erings.


The sales team at Grant UK has expanded with the creation of three new roles for a dedicated New Build and Social Housing Specifi cation Team. Gary Muir (pictured), Ian Lawley, and Craig Payne have joined as regional specifi cation managers, providing specialised sales support to help transition properties to low carbon heating technologies.

Baxi has appointed Rob Pearse as its residential business director, a newly-created position aimed at enhancing support for residential customers. Previously Baxi’s residential sales director, Rob brings extensive experience to the role and will focus on heating and hot water technologies.


The latest appointment at Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK is Steve Milnes, who joins as northern sales manager. Steve brings extensive experience, having previously worked for nearly 11 years at TF Solutions and most recently as business development manager at Haier Air Conditioning – Europe.
