Zyxel Zyxel Networks has appointed Kevin Drinkall as its new Director of Marketing and GTM Strategy for EMEA. Drinkall brings over 20 years’ experience
in the technology sector. Aſter joining the Zyxel Networks team in 2015 as a Technical Presales Engineer, Kevin was appointed as Zyxel’s EMEA Marketing Development Manager for enterprise wireless and cloud. Kevin Drinkall, Director of Marketing

Content+Cloud Content+Cloud has appointed Colin Brown as non-executive director. Brown brings more than two decades of
senior leadership experience and expertise to his role and will advise on Content+Cloud’s growth roadmap. Prior to joining Content+Cloud’s board of
directors, Colin was the managing director at Soſtcat plc. During his eight years at Soſtcat, Colin oversaw rapid growth and was part of the leadership team. Before this he was general manager of UK services for Microsoſt, which followed his position as CEO at Computacenter Germany. Aſter stepping down as Soſtcat’s managing director in 2020, Colin
assisted with the transition to a new leadership team. Following his departure, he now acts as a non-executive director for a number of technology and services organisations. Peter Sweetbaum, CEO, Content+Cloud, said: “We are delighted

Flex IT Flex IT has appointed Andreas Mayer as its new CEO, taking over from Leon Timmermans, who will stay on in advisory capacity until July. Mayer was previously the Managing Director of European demo partner MCKL, which was acquired by Flex IT earlier this month. Andreas Mayer has
more than 25 years of international experience in IT at IBM, Lenovo and HP. Prior to his role at MCKL, he was a senior director of EMEA business operations at HP, and spent over 14 years at Lenovo in various EMEA senior leadership positions, latterly as Managing Director, Benelux, taking total P&L responsibility for Lenovo’s PC business in the region. Tis international track record across Europe will be very valuable in his new role as CEO of Flex IT.
Gigamon Gigamon Inc. has appointed Mark Coates as VP EMEA. With over 25 years of experience from inside and outside of the IT and Security industry, Coates will lead the EMEA team in supporting customers’ changing requirements as they seek to establish a secure digital infrastructure and reduce operational costs associated with hybrid cloud environments. Tis significant regional appointment coincides with the global company announcement that Shane Buckley is now Gigamon’s CEO and President, aſter four years as COO, in order to lead the organisation’s next evolution in the emerging deep observability market. Prior to joining Gigamon, Coates held senior leadership
positions at Digital Realty, Dtex Systems, Veritas Soſtware Corporation/Symantec and Good Technology. With the European market for cloud growing at a significant pace, Coates’ experience and understanding of both the technical and operational issues currently facing CIOs means he is perfectly placed to support Gigamon in educating the market on the importance of deep observability and its role in amplifying the power of cloud, security, and observability tools.
