Mars, Incorporated announces that Eric Minvielle, Global Vice President for People & Organisation (Mars Chief Human Resources Officer), will retire at the end of the year after four decades with the company. Eric began his career at Mars in France
in March 1984. Throughout his tenure, he has led various business functions globally, living in five countries. In his recent role, he enhanced the company’s talent pool, advanced inclusion and diversity, and developed key capabilities. Known for building strong relationships and being a trusted advisor, Eric significantly contributed to Mars’ growth and acquisitions, notably the Royal Canin acquisition, which he managed in the Americas. Mars CEO Poul Weihrauch stated: “Eric
leaves a legacy of making Mars a desirable workplace and has been pivotal through complex changes and growth. We are

new Global Vice President for People & Organisation, reporting to Poul Weihrauch and joining the Mars Leadership Team. Currently the Vice President P&O for Mars Snacking in Chicago, Rebecca has been with Mars for nearly 30 years, starting at Pedigree Petfoods in the U.K. She has driven transformation through talent and capability development and has significantly contributed to Mars Snacking’s recent success. Poul Weihrauch expressed confidence
in Rebecca, highlighting her commitment to a culture of belonging and sustainable growth through people development. Rebecca will begin transitioning in July and assume full responsibilities on October 1st, with Eric remaining until year-end to ensure a smooth transition.
