COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS FROM
At this year’s London Chocolate Forum, Loeschpack will showcase how its intelligent, future-proofed systems help brands meet today’s demands for flexibility, sustainability, and efficiency.
F
or over a century, LoeschPack has epitomized excellence in packaging innovation. Rooted in its 1919 founding and now headquartered in Altendorf,
Bavaria, the company has continuously pioneered solutions for packaging chocolate, confectionery, chewing gum, baked goods, food and diverse non-food products. What sets LoeschPack apart is its holistic capability – offering everything from single machines to turnkey systems that seamlessly address modern packaging challenges. At the heart of LoeschPack’s portfolio are
three flagship platforms that set the standard in fold wrapping technology. The LTM-DUO is the market leader for medium to large chocolate bars, wrapping up to 215 products per minute in two packaging materials. With outstanding flexibility in material choice, it ensures premium presentation and product protection. For smaller tablets, bars, and napolitains, the focus shifts to the compact R-Series wrapping heads, delivering up to 800 products per minute with an exceptionally small footprint, including an open- fold option. When hermetic sealing is required, the RCB-HS provides airtight packaging for up to 600 products per minute. Completing the trio, the G-Series machines specialize in chewing gum, reaching unmatched speeds of up to 2,500 products per minute. Together, these platforms highlight LoeschPack’s commitment to efficiency, flexibility, and technological leadership in fold wrapping. LoeschPack is also one of the leaders in
horizontal flow wrapping technology. Its F Series machines—like the FHW—run up to 1,500 products per minute, offering quick format changeovers, hygienic and ergonomic design, and automatic splice-based uptime enhancements. The advanced FHW S elevates performance further, with speeds up to 2,100

products and 205 film meters per minute and flexible handling of materials from plastic to paper wraps—all via touch button changeovers. These flow wrappers excel in optimizing material costs, automatically adapting sealing parameters through smart sensor and control systems and maintaining efficiency even amid environmental and speed fluctuations. Beyond standalone machines, LoeschPack
designs fully integrated complete packaging systems. From feeding and buffering modules to fold wrappers, flow wrappers, tray loaders, cartoners, banderole and overwrap machines— the firm delivers modular, end to end lines that are tailor-made and ergonomically engineered. A prime example is the LTM-DUO combined line, which executes a two-stage fold wrap followed by a cartoning module—wrapping and packaging up to 215 bars per minute, including direct formation of display cartons—all controlled from a single HMI in a compact footprint. This breadth—from single-task machines to
comprehensive packaging lines—is supported by deep domain expertise and a culture of co
creation. LoeschPack’s solutions are engineered to meet stringent requirements around product safety, efficiency, hygiene, and resource conservation. With intelligent design features like toolless changeovers, auto splicing, and modular layouts, the systems ensure minimal downtime and optimal operator ergonomics. Today’s packaging industry contends with rising complexity—mounting regulatory pressures, shifting material demands, and the need for heightened flexibility and automation. LoeschPack responds not just with machinery, but with adaptable, future proofed systems that streamline operations while preserving product integrity and reducing waste. In short, LoeschPack doesn’t just offer
packaging machines—it delivers tailored, intelligent systems that empower food and non-food businesses to thrive in a dynamic world. Whether you need a robust horizontal flow wrap solution, a precise fold wrapper, or a fully integrated packaging line, LoeschPack translates your ideas into packaging reality— “Packaging your ideas,” indeed.
