“…we know that if there is a demand in the market, we are able to perform the development”

He explains: “TFT used to be an assembly plant with many subcontractors making parts for us. Many subcontractors mean you have to control the quality of what subcontractors can do. By doing this all in-house, that extra quality control is now there; we have a much better-quality control of the final equipment leaving the door.” But, above all, the biggest advantage is that Orangeworks and TFT will see is growth. “Out of everything we will see growth. We are not developing because we need to develop, we are developing from questions coming out of the market. We want to fill these gaps in the market,” explains Peter.

“Because we now have the facility, possibility and the time to put money into the ideas we have, we know that if there is a demand in the market, we are able to perform the development of it.” Koen predicts that there will be a wider portfolio of components, equipment and process solutions in the future. He concludes: “We are already expanding test facilities and have ideas to make new innovations of both existing and new equipment. It’s all about widening the portfolio and widening the possibilities.”
