The annual balance sheet total or annual turnover does not exceed 10 million euros. In addition, the companies must have newly developed or significantly improved products, processes and services. Companies with their headquarters and business operations in Germany can also receive financial assistance for participation in the
iba.START UP AREA: the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) supports young companies so that they can present themselves at international trade fairs like iba.
Participation options for startups Those who want to present their innovations at the
iba.START UP AREA have two different options: the Basic Package or the Prime Package. These packages differ in size and integrated features. In addition to a space of six or nine square metres, additional services such as the communal area, information desk including hostess support, stand cleaning, waste disposal and much more are included.
