Conducting rigorous UN38.3 transport tests and providing comprehensive support, Jauch Quartz ensures compliance and product authorisation for its battery solutions. The Jauch production plant in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany conforms to the very latest international standards. In modern, ESD-protected rooms, high-performance batteries are produced– for use in the automotive industry, e-bikes, mobile phones, cameras, gardening equipment, home appliances, and many others. From
prototypes and one-offs to the production of small and medium series, you get quality “Made in Germany”. Jauch has a paternoster system in place in its fully automated warehouse to enable fast and efficient reactions to customers’ orders and needs. At production sites in Asia, Jauch can manufacture battery packs in medium to high volume. To ensure quality, Jauch only use high-quality test systems. Based on its battery technology experience, Jauch has developed special test environments that can simulate even extreme operating or environmental conditions. In doing so, Jauch engineers rely on the wealth of experience in electronics that they have gained in the Frequency Control components division since 1954. At the company’s HQ, Jauch can carry out all tests in house that are needed for certifications such as IEC61233-2 / UN38.3 / UL62133, thus giving customer multiple advantages and levels of support. In addition, there are electronics engineers on hand to support the ‘Intelligent Battery’ development with options such as fuel gauges and complex remote information reading.
