The newly-named Bristol Hi-Fi Show took place on 22-24 February and here is a snapshot of the event from just a few of the exhibitors that were there.
T They commented: “We were slightly nervous he Bristol Hi-Fi Show offers retailers,
distributors, enthusiasts and audio fans the chance to see and hear plenty of products from across the sound and AV sector. With visitors queuing outside the building at opening time again this year, organisers said Friday was one of the busiest ever days, with footfall also good on Saturday and Sunday – despite some popular football and rugby matches taking place on the Saturday!

much better than anticipated. And exhibitors love the show as Bristol is a great place to socialise. The fact that the show has successfully run in the same place and time for over 30 years has helped it become the largest in the UK and a state on the global show calendar. “We found that buyers were very keen on expensive headphones, vinyl turntables and
modern streaming devices. “We had the usual numbers of foreign visitors,
this year from places like Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Italy, Korea, Switzerland and the USA. “So, Bristol continues its fourth decade as the
UK’s prime show and a huge thank you goes to the many exhibitors who have told us of their delight with the show this year.” Here, some of this year’s exhibitors share
their thoughts exclusively with ERT, with the general consensus being that footfall was up on previous years and many reported of good quality conversations with visitors as a result.
