EASISEAL PRO One-Step Weatherproofing

Hybrid technology for use on roofs, walls and floors. A solvent- free replacement for traditional roof repair products such as bitumen based roof coatings*. With high UV resistance, this does not harden under cold conditions and has a very high stability to temperature variations (-500

C to +1200 C).

Application: ideal for wet room and groundwork tanking, repairing flat roofs, sloping roofs, leaking flashing, guttering, roof lights and cracked roofing panels.

When topped with a screed and tiles, Easiseal Pro can also be used

to waterproof balconies and terraces. It is highly resistant to UV radiation, ageing, external chemical attack and discolouration and offers excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, lead, metals, glass, wood, uPVC and GRP roof panels and most plastics. Easiseal Pro creates an impermeable seal to repel water and can be used to protect wooden posts and stakes when buried under the ground.

*Please note that on bitumen or asphalt surfaces Easiseal Pro must be used in conjunction with Easiseal Pro Primer.

Code Coverage at a thickness of 1mm is approximately 1m2 per 1.4kg,

depending on porosity and roughness of surface. Easiseal Pro is guaranteed for 20 years and is for interior and exterior use, 2 coats are recommended.
