WATERSEAL Premium Water Repellent
Designed to repel water from exterior masonry work and allow walls to breathe, reducing the risk of damage caused by water and frost.
Application: will not change the physical appearance of the brick, stone or concrete but provides an effective waterproof coating.
A secondary benefit is that Waterseal will also repel water-borne dirt and resist fungal growth as well as helping to reduce heating costs due to the fact that Waterseal allows the emission of water vapour from interiors and cavities, so energy is no longer wasted drying out wet walls.
Apply with brush or non-atomising spray to achieve years of protection.

ULTRA WATERSEAL Solvent-Free Silicone
A premium grade, solvent-free silicone waterseal. It provides a micro-porous water repellent coating for exterior masonry work which will seal but allow emission of water vapour, ensuring cavities and interiors remain dry.
Application: simply using either a brush or a non-atomising spray, Ultra Waterseal will protect brick, stone, concrete and unglazed tiles against water and frost, providing a coating which does not change the aesthetic appearance of the building.
Ultra Waterseal’s properties will also repel waterborne dirt and resist fungal growth.

MOULD RELEASE OIL Chemical Release Agent
A chemical release agent for mould and shutter surfaces prior to casting concrete, providing a clean release.
Application: suitable for use with plywood, timber, steel and plastic faced formwork. Once the formwork is removed, the concrete will have a smooth, uniform hard finish with reduced incidence of blow holes.
Apply Mould Release Oil before the first pour and re-apply before any subsequent pours immediately after stripping and cleaning the mould.
Mould release Oil is easily and simply applied with a brush.
Coverage is approximately 60m2 /L.
PATINATION OIL Protective Lead Coating
A protective coating for new and restored leadwork, specially designed to minimise unsightly staining on newly applied lead and the materials fixed below it.
Application: the oil should be applied as soon as possible, preferably immediately after each step of the leadwork has been completed using a soft, absorbent cloth. When applying, work horizontally from top to bottom, maintaining a wet lower edge.
Coverage is up to 60m2 /L, this
product is designed for external use only.
Use in conjunction with Bond It Flash-Mate, p.11.
