FS4 FIRESHIELD AC Intumescent Sealant


A high performance, flexible acrylic intumescent acoustic sealant and adhesive which will swell to provide an inert barrier to smoke and flames.


Application: forms an acoustic and fire rated intumescent barrier in floor and ceiling joints, dry lining systems, partition walls, etc. FS4 has non-slumping and rapid skinning properties and can be over-painted within 1 hour with fire resistant paint.


For interior use. The fire resistance achievable with FS4 depends on joint design, depth of sealant and the substrate being sealed but, as a guide, up to 4 hour fire rating is achievable. FS4 is available in cartridges and foil sausages, has a lifespan of 12 years and a movement value of 12.5%.

FRAME-MATE Door & Window Sealant


A high quality, water-resistant frame sealant which is easy to clean and permanently flexible.


Application: ideal for sealing, waterproofing and draught-proofing around door and window frames and soffit boards with limited movement. Adheres to most building materials and can be over-painted, stained or varnished. Frame-Mate contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to retard mould growth and can be used to fill cracks and joints with low movement.


For internal and external use, Frame- Mate is available in cartridges and squeezies, has a lifespan of 15 years and a movement value of 12.5%.

DEC-MATE Flexible Filler


A quick drying, permanently flexible interior filler which can be smoothed and over-painted within 1-2 hours of application. Adheres to most surfaces and allows low movement in joints between materials and substrates.


Application: for sealing and filling gaps and cracks in skirting boards, ceilings, stair risings, fitted furniture and light fittings. Dec-Mate can also be used for filling interior cracks and damage in plaster, brick, concrete and plasterboard. It can be over-painted with emulsion paint as soon as a skin forms after approximately 1 hour. For oil based paints, allow to dry for 24-48 hours.


Unsuitable for external use or in wet areas. Dec-Mate has a lifespan of 10 years and is available in cartridges, squeezies and foil sausages.

AS900 Acoustic Sealant


A flexible, acrylic joint filler, acoustic sealant and adhesive for plasterboard partitioning systems.


Application: offering good adhesion to most common building materials, AS900 is ideal for interior sealing around drywall partitioning to reduce noise transmission across cracks and joints with low movement. Also ideal for sealing interior skirting boards and fixing plasterboard into partition systems to reduce vibration and movement.


AS900 is for interior use and has a lifespan of 10 years.
