LN7 Pure Silicone


100% neutral cure silicone sealant. Gives off no corrosive vapours during cure when exposed to air.


Application: ideal for construction, engineering and electrical applications. Suitable as a rubber adhesive for bonding most materials, as a potting compound to protect electronic components from moisture, tamper and shock and for bedding in double-glazed sealed units. For use on glass, ceramics, all metals and sealed timber, concrete, mortar, plaster, most plastics, uPVC, polycarbonate and all painted surfaces.


A high extensibility sealant for external and internal applications. LN7 has a lifespan of 25 years and a movement value of 25%.

ULTI-MATE Builders Silicone


A neutral cure silicone sealant with excellent primerless adhesion.


Application: for sealing around doors and windows and for general building maintenance. Ulti-Mate can be used to fix mirrors, cap beading and glass in perimeter glazing applications. Also ideal for expansion and joint sealing to pre-cast concrete, plaster, metals and brickwork.


Suitable for both interior and exterior use, Ulti-Mate has a lifespan of 25 years and a movement value of 20%.

FLASH-MATE Lead Silicone


A fast skinning roof sealant which reduces weather ingression, tile lift and noise. Tough, resilient and compatible with lead.


Application: use to bond glass and glazing plastics as well as small sections of roofing materials under repair. Ideal for sealing roof lights, conservatories, soffits, glass houses, industrial roofing systems and lead flashings. Also suitable for use on metals, concrete, mortar and plaster. Flash-Mate has excellent UV, heat and ozone resistance and sets to a tough, resilient rubber seal.


This product has a 25 year lifespan and a movement value of 12.5%.
