PU18 PU Adhesive & Sealant


A one-part, moisture curing, polyurethane adhesive and sealant, formulated for the construction and transport industries.


Application: with a shore hardness of 40, PU18 produces tough, elastic seals and joints with excellent adhesion characteristics to help dampen vibration. Oil resistant, PU18 can be used for sealing and bonding in engineering, construction, automotive and marine applications. Ideal on concrete, wood, metals, GRP, rubbers and most common building materials, PU18 is perfect for fixing wooden floors. For internal and external use, PU18 has a lifespan of 25 years and a movement value of 25%.

GLASS-MATE Mirror Adhesive


A low modulus neutral cure (LMN) silicone for interior mirror fixing.


Application: suitable for bonding mirrors, coated glass, glazed surfaces, ceramics, enamels, metals, uPVC, polycarbonate and treated or untreated wood to most common substrates. Glass-Mate is not affected by sunlight, ultra-violet radiation and temperature extremes, will accommodate thermal expansion and is non-corrosive and odourless.


Unsuitable for use in the manufacture of structural glazing or for use with safety glass mirrors. Large mirrors may need mechanical fixings - consult data sheet. Glass-Mate has a lifespan of 25 years and a movement value of 25%.

RAIN-MATE All Weather Sealant


A superior and highly flexible, water repellent, general purpose sealant with excellent adhesion to all surfaces even when damp.


Application: suitable for use on brick, concrete, stone, all metals, painted or bare wood, glass, vinyl and most plastics. Rain-Mate can be over-painted with certain paints, will not crack or slump or become brittle with age. Being rubber- based, it is compatible with bitumen, asphalt and roofing felt and is ideal for roof repairs in damp conditions, sealing doors, windows, roofs, cladding and vehicle bodies.


For external use. Please note that standing water must be removed before application. Rain-Mate has a lifespan of 25 years and a movement value of 25%.


ROOF-MATE Roof & Gutter Sealant


A polymerically reinforced lap jointing sealant and adhesive.


Application: suitable for repairing and maintaining general roofing, roof drainage systems and cracked downpipes, etc. Forms a flexible seal so is ideal to prevent leaks in gutters. Can be used on metal, construction grade plastics, paint, stone, timber, brick, bitumens and asphalt.


For external use, Roof-Mate has a lifespan of 15 years.
