FLASHING TAPE High Performance, Waterproof, Self-Adhesive Tapes Crease resistant, lead coloured self-adhesive flashing tapes for general repairs and sealing.


Application: designed for use as flashing on flat and pitched roofs, on parapets and chimney stacks. Flashing Tape is also ideal for sealing around RSJs, flues, concrete columns, roof lights, guttering and extractor vents.


Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, with any loose particles removed with a wire brush. Rough or porous surfaces should be primed and allowed to dry before application. 3M size pack contains a tin of primer for this purpose.

BITUBOND 200 TANKING MEMBRANE Self-Adhesive, Cold Applied Flexible Sheeting


A flexible waterproof membrane, one side of which is covered in bitumen and the other is high density 2-ply cross laminated polythene film. The bitumen is protected by a release sheet which is removed prior to bonding the material.


Application: designed for use in tanking ground structures, parking and plaza decks, subways and retaining walls. Remove protective sheet, apply bitumen side down and press firmly to the prepared surface. Work from centre to the edges to expel air pockets. Membrane should be overlapped by a minimum of 75mm at the edges and 100mm at roll end to ensure a good seal. Overlaps should be firmly rolled with a hand held pressure roller. Conforms to EN13969
