6. The KNIPEX Alligator® The KNIPEX Alligator®
range of water pump
pliers has an arched adjustment slot and slim head shape of the Knipex Alligator to allow for access in tight spaces. The 88 01 250 pliers provide a large number of grip widths due to the 9-step locking adjustment: pipes up to 50 mm (2 inches) and nuts up to 46 mm, which is 30% more than with standard water pump pliers. The gripping surfaces have hardened teeth to enable reliable performance, and the special self-locking jaw geometry is designed to grip pipes and
nuts.The Alligator® comes in 180, 250, 300 and 400 models for work on pipes with diameters of up to 3 ½” and across flat widths of up to 95 mm.

8. Atlas launches pyramid lanterns Atlas Roofing Systems has a new pyramid lantern design. The previous design required a small 125mm ridge, but the improved version shortens that ridge to 45mm x 45mm meaning that all four sides are symmetrical. The five-day delivery stock lanterns come in the following sizes: 1000x1000; 1250x1250; 1500x 1500. The larger 1750x1750 and 2000x2000 sizes are also available as stock sizes. Bespoke sizes are available on a two-week lead time.

10. Bristan expands merchant offer The new Bristan Essentials range of WRAS- approved taps and showers will give merchants an entry-level price point into Bristan.
