Roca expands its brassware styles
ROCA has expanded its range of powder coated and physical vapor deposition (PVD) Everlux finishes. There is a range of PVD colours with a polished or brushed satin finish to offer multiple combinations for a stylish and highly resistant bathroom space. The Everlux coloured finishes are now available for the new Ona brassware and T-1000 showering collections along with brassware favourites Insignia and Naia. The Ona brassware range includes deck- mounted and built-in basin mixers and coordinating wall mounted and built-in options for showers and baths. It comes in chrome and two Everlux finishes – titanium black and rose gold. The sophisticated Everlux finish is obtained by means of an innovative PVD process where ionization of metals and noble gases are combined to create a fine metallic coating. Roca’s T-1000 Round thermostatic mixers are also available in chrome and PVD titanium black. Designed for maximum safety and comfort for everyday use, the collection features a minimalist and modern design to ensure it will blend harmoniously into any setting and pair seamlessly with other Roca PVD coloured ranges. Roca also has matching wastes and accessories to provide a fully coordinated look throughout the bathroom.
Ona brassware is also available in a classic matt black finish. Carelia, also available in matt black and chrome is a smooth-body, contemporary design collection, which features a soft turn handle and pan handle lever in the elegant basin mixer model. Carelia offers a wide range of options, including basin mixers and deck-mounted bath mixers.
Roca also has coloured accessories. For example, the new Ona collection includes a pack with countertop elements (tray, container, soap dispenser and tumbler), available in three colours (matt white, matt grey and matt green). Roca’s Tempo collection of contemporary bathroom accessories has also is also available in rose gold, titanium black, brushed titanium black and chrome to match the PVD finishes.

TRITON’s popular Omnicare and Omnicare Design options have been updated to incorporate new features that place user accessibility and safety at the heart of their design. The two upgraded units feature an updated cover design, in addition to a single hand slider to facilitate easy customisation for those with limited dexterity. A safety function allows temperature to be set internally to a maximum of 43°C, whilst allowing full rotation of the temperature dial. To ensure water remains at a safe temperature, water is constantly regulated within +/- 1°C. A large soft push Start/Stop button includes illumination on power and offers audible feedback. In addition, the Omnicare Design continues to offer a tactile temperature dial, which utilises soft grey tones and bold markings to help those with visual impairment.
Both solutions carry both RNIB and BEAB Care approvals for safety and performance, as well as being designed in conjunction with a professional Occupational Therapist to provide a safe and inclusive showering experience for any user.
The showers are supplied with an easy clean five-spray pattern showerhead with a removable spray plate, while the Omnicare model is available with an extended 680mm riser rail kit, and the Omnicare Design unit comes with an extended 940mm option with 2m anti-twist hose and lower-level handset. An optional multi-purpose grab riser rail kit designed to withstand up to 150kg support load is available to assist end-users who may be unsteady on their feet, or those who need additional support within the shower environment.

Slate shower trays from Cumbria
KUDOS has introduced a slate effect finish into its Connect2 shower tray collection. Made in acrylic capped ABS filled with a structural resin bonded stone, Connect2 is both slip and stain resistant and contains an anti-microbial additive to inhibit the growth of microbes including bacteria and mould. A super low profile at just 35mm in height when installed, is guaranteed to avoid standard joist spans thanks to the positioning of an offset dual waste outlet, allowing the installer to choose the waste free from obstruction to connect. The tray may have to be rotated 90 or 180 degrees (dependent on shape) to accommodate the fixed joists, but once set, the installer simply uses the blanking plug provided to seal the unused waste and plumb in the hi-flow waste and trap, avoiding any need to lift the tray off the floor. Connect2 trays come in a choice of slate effect, high gloss white or slip resistant SR finish in white, and a range of 28 different sizes from 800mm square to 1700x900mm rectangle including seven new sizes launching in April to expand the quadrant and mid-size rectangular options.
