Simplified order process For the 2024 exhibition, we’ve simplified the order process based on exhibitor and visitor feedback.

As a visitor, you won’t need to upload order numbers beforehand. Instead, just log in to the app and bookmark the suppliers you want to order from or just visit their stand at the exhibition.

Our merchant members earned almost £3 million in extra rebate from purchases made during the 2023 exhibition alone. Many of these deals will be shared before the event via our pre-show emails, so visitors can find the best savings and make decisions before they even step foot in the exhibition. A printed voucher book will be sent out to
all NMBS members ahead of the exhibition, which will highlight some of the best deals of the year. It will also include £1,000s worth of giveaways and prize draws only available by attending the exhibition.
Plan your day
The 2024 NMBS Exhibition website is now live and ready for you to use to plan your day in more detail.
The website includes a full list of exhibitors and profiles, so you can do your research, learn more about your existing suppliers or potential new contacts and go into the exhibition informed.
All Spot Buy deals are on the website, which are exclusive deals specific to the exhibition, so you and your team can proactively plan out the exclusive rebate offers you want.
From 1–11 April, you can directly place your order with the supplier, either on-site at their stand or ahead of the show using your normal method. You can also visit their stand and have your badge scanned to confirm the order. This action creates a relationship, making you eligible for an exhibition rebate for both that specific order and all orders with that supplier throughout April.
