three years ago. And we expect that growth rate to continue. Which in turn means that we have to be even cleverer when it comes to saving money and raise more to meet the need. There’s the rub – MEET THE NEED! Not want, need. I’ve said it

time and again – having to make a choice about whether you heat your home or eat is something that simply shouldn’t happen in 2019 Britain but it does. I have seen homes where there is ice on the INSIDE of the windows in the morning because it is so cold. This person wasn’t lazy, or drinking. ls and progress their careers, a nd provide the support they need to help them achieve their goals. We will be developing grants, bursaries and other similar initiatives that will open up opportunities for individuals to take advantage of apprenticeship programmes for example, or new training courses.” For the Rainy Day Trust, CEO Bryan Clover adds: “If we can give young people the skills they need to get a permanent job and get them on the right career path from an early stage, they stand a better chance of success and progression. Working in partnership with the WCoBM helps fill an important gap. While the Trust has the means to develop and deliver the programmes and support to young people, we lack the network, which is where the WCoBM’s help will make all the difference. The WCoBM and the Rainy Day Trust share the same core values, drive and ambition to help young people succeed in lif e. The Company’s support will help us to reach differ ent parts of the industry. ”
