For over 125 years, Carvers has served the Midlands from its ten-acre Wolverhampton headquarters site, supporting trade professionals, housebuilders, and DIY customers. Its second site, Neachells Lane in Wednesfield, is a specialist timber production and storage facility.
A a fifth-generation family business Carvers supplies everything from bricks, blocks and cement, to plumbing, ironmongery and timber. There is a dedicated decorating centre, electrical counter, cooker centre division and hard landscaping display, Carvers also offers a Drive Thru warehouse, hire centre and tool sales division, and a Fibo Collect onsite ready mixed concrete, mortar and screed facility. In March 2025 the company launched its new KBB retail brand – Carvers Interiors – specialising in luxury bathrooms, kitchens, cookers and tiles. In 1987 Martyn Rees and David Lloyd opened the first County branch in Malvern, with one old Transit pickup and a single employee.
Across 13 branches located in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire and Warwickshire, County employs over 100 staff, with a fleet of vehicles providing daily deliveries.
Products include bricks, blocks, timber & joinery products, hard landscaping products, plastering, decorating and roofing products, as well as heating and plumbing products, from boilers to pipe fittings.
