saving formats. “More curated, purpose-led purchasing is becoming the norm.” Professional-style performance continues to influence expectations. “Consumers want cookware that delivers reliable results and clear proof of performance,” Ms Thomas adds. Aesthetics are increasingly important as cookware becomes more visible in the home. “Clean, modern design and premium finishes are resonating strongly.”
Sustainability has also become an expectation. “Consumers want
responsible materials, reduced packaging and products designed to last,” she says. Finally, versatility remains a priority. “Cookware needs to work across
different cooking styles and kitchen setups,” Ms Thomas explains. “That flexibility helps reduce the need for multiple products while supporting more confident cooking.”
